The Exceptional Conservative







Good intentions are essential seeds by those on the Left in ridding the American citizen of his or her Constitutional rights.  The District of Columbia City Council, emboldened by United States District Judge James E. Boasberg’s decision to uphold America’s strictest gun control laws in Heller vs. District of Columbia (Civil Action 08-1289) on May 15, 2014, wishes to strike while the iron is steamed.  No doubt Richard Martinez cry of “Give me Gun Control Now or Give Me Death” engorged the sincere need of the City Council to act as guarantor of life and death and make certain that not another person falls victim to gun violence.  Saying "we are all to blame" for the death of his 20-year-old son, Martinez urged the public to join him in demanding "immediate action" from members of Congress and President Barack Obama to curb gun violence by passing stricter gun-control laws.  Of course, had no guns been available, Elliot Rodger, the real killer, would not have had any means of tragically murdering seven people in a fleeting rage attack in California.  Unfortunately, few are reporting that “Three male victims were stabbed to death in the apartment before the shooting rampage.”  Maybe they will bring it up at the next Congressional Hearing on Knife Control.  I digress. 


The DC City Council hosted a public hearing this morning, May 29, 2014, at 11:00 AM, to consider B20-0472 - TEMPORARY PROTECTION ORDER FIREARM RELINQUISHMENT AMENDMENT ACT OF 2013.  What exactly is Bill B20-0472?  It is a bill that requires “an individual subject to a temporary protective order to relinquish the individual’s firearms”.  Protective orders are civil orders issued by a judge to prevent one person from committing certain acts against others.  Under B20-0472, the District would have the power to take possession of any protective firearms that an individual possesses as demanded by the Courts.  Yes, the same courts that believe that the City with the strictest gun control laws believes that the rules should be stricter.  It pursuit of the Second Amendment, liberals leave behind the weapons of convenience—knives, baseball bats and tire irons.  On Wednesday, 16-year-old Vincent Parker admitted in court to killing his parents, claiming he had grown tired of their seemingly routine punishments.   The weapons of choice: eight knives, an aluminum baseball bat and crowbar.  “I just remember getting mad,” he told investigators. “It’s all from my dad. All this stuff like my dad taking away my iPod and stuff,” local CBS affiliate WTKR cites him as saying.  It’s the guns that are killing all of the people.  I digress.


Many have not had the fancy of reviewing the second amendment in the coveted Bill of Rights of the US Constitution.  It is written, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  It is the right of American citizens to “keep and bear arms”.  It is a right not merely for hunting, sport or collection but for protection of self, property and the Nation.  As it is a continued pursuit of a free state, Americans must protect themselves from even a tyrannical government or military coup.  Our Founding Fathers, men of virtue and not perfection, understood that there were always natural passions and desires in a fallen man that would make him a threat to society.  They did not believe that State in and of itself had the capabilities or the character to maintain order without infringing on the rights of mankind.  For this, keeping and bearing arms by the individual is most prudent.  In District of Columbia v. Heller (07-290), the Supreme Court made it plain that States have the right to regulate and prohibit criminals and the mentally ill from possessing protective firearms.  This serves as the bone of my contention.  A protective order neither infers nor concludes that you or I are either mentally ill or a criminal.  Yes my friends, protective orders are civil matters.  While they do appear on a criminal record, a protective order does not indicate a criminal activity.  Hence, no one should be stripped of their Constitutional right because of a civil action.  What a brutish Philistine!?  Yes, I know.  Indict me.  Condemn me.  However, do not take away my natural right to defend myself.


Well there must have been a very good reason for a protective order.  There may be.  There may be not.  In most cases, no one knows if a restraining, forgive me, protective order has been issued.  Such matters are done ex-parte, meaning out of sight of the accused.  The person, who claims that a restraint against you for fear of bodily harm must be issued by the court, does not have to be present and you cannot defend yourself.  Time elapsed in the service and scheduling of the order may exceed 2 court weeks.  An American citizen without protection and reliant upon the State may be harmful indeed.  In the following questions, please consider your defense when there is a knock at the door by the Metropolitan Police to seize your protective arm(s) for merely being considered a menace to society by a loved one.  What if the judge illegally issues a protective order?  Ken no federal judge would play fast and loose with the law.  I suppose that you are right.  What if you did not know that there was a restraining order against you?  Yeah, maybe it did not show up on Twitter!  What if you did not intentionally violate the order?  Now, here’s one that I know does not happen often in Urban America.  What if you were falsely accused? 

“I’m sorry, Baby.  I just needed a little.  You were mad and I was sad and we said things.  We can work this out can’t we?  I really thought you were going to do something that night!”

I am certain that a few kisses and hugs will make MPD speedily return your defensive arms to your home.


The Left immediately directs our attentions to the issues of domestic violence and abuse.  The assertion is that every American citizen that legally owns a protective firearm is a suspect for revenge and retribution.   How could anyone want someone to suffer at the hands of an enraged spouse, rebuffed lover or mentally disturbed son of an assistant director in Hollywood USA?  Let us not put the emotional indictment of the grand court of public opinion without considering fully what powers are taken from the citizen and then, ceded to the State.  No sane person wants anyone to suffer hurt, harm or danger.  Our founding fathers understood squarely that it is a natural right for men to protect themselves fully in fear that government could never completely protect every citizen nor should be given the power to attempt such an exercise.  However, futility is the lust of every liberal legislator and corruption of natural law with emotionally stained symbolism is the aphrodisiac. 


If those on the Left are so concerned about the next son of an assistant Hollywood director getting the drop on his or her deranged beloved then, it would be prudent to make the accuser take arms and self-defense training from Marty Hayes and to receive counseling.  By golly, maybe the Mayor and City Council can squabble over using those “pertinent” speed-rail dollars to have MPD protect families from the potential efforts of the accused.  They could truly prevent crimes from ever happening.

Practically speaking, it makes little sense to disarm the innocent victims while the criminals are armed.  It is especially silly to disarm the victims when too often the police are simply unable to protect them.  As Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, has observed: “Police do very little to prevent violent crime.  We investigate crime after the fact.”

At this moment, common sense should kick in for a lot of persons that are not under the Kool-Aid induced utopic high of the Left.  A criminal, a person who has committed a crime, will use whatever tool is at his disposal or financially secure whatever tool is needed to execute his nefarious actions.   Whether it’s Wal-Mart or Lil’ Larry behind the convenience store, a criminal will exact his vengeance.  It behooves us to get every tool and training available to the innocent to prepare them for the rages of men and women.  Law-abiding citizens are not criminals but, the initial protectors of our society.

This election season is barren of successes by legislation or by executive orders for many a politician.  Race, Gender and the Second Amendment are all of the tricks left in the bag of Leftists executives, jurists and legislators.  We should not disparage the Second Amendment based on the noble intentions of the Left.  It would certainly be a step in the right direction if the dethroned Mayor and City Council would spend more of their time commending those that protect the Second Amendment rather than cajoling others that threaten the natural rights of DC citizens.   A protective order does not make one a criminal.  A protective order does not take away the right of men and women to protect and defend.  It is the emotional baggage of noble intentions that defile the politician into believing that retarding the natural rights of men and women will make them and us safer.  Such are the hopes of the powerful that depend upon people becoming innocent victims to every “virginal” murderer rather than overcomers of deranged assailants.  Stop identifying law-abiding citizens as criminals and start identifying guns as modes of protection.  The faster we do so, the more lives we will save.

D.C. Council to Require Criminals Possess Gun Liability Insurance

If only Councilmembers Mary Cheh, Muriel Bowser and David Catania understood that the role of the State was to protect the inalienable rights of the citizenry then, the headline would be apropos. The DC City Council, especially in reviewing Bill 20-170 “Firearm Insurance Amendment Act of 2013”, identifies law abiding fire arms owners as criminals at best and/or high rick property owners at worst. More akin to the restrictive policies of Russia than the broad liberties protected in the US Constitution, the City Council's gun control pursuits put at risk the Second Amendment Rights of DC citizens. The DC City Council ideologues and their electorate crudely rely upon the best intentions of the Police State and reject placing supreme confidence in the sovereignty of men. No matter how noble the intent or perfect the outcome sought, the Progressive agenda puts the lives and liberties of Urban dwellers at greatest risk.

The Firearm Insurance Amendment Act of 2013 requires “that individuals secure liability insurance before obtaining a license to own a firearm”. Yeah, its like when you purchase a home. You have to have the hazard insurance before you go to settlement. You would actually have to produce proof of insurance before you obtain your license or weapon. Good luck with that! There currently is no such insurance available anywhere! The great thing about radical progressives is that they CAN make it up as they go along. Sure, Mr. Gun Owner snickering right now thinks that he is in the clear. WRONG! The Firearms Act amends the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 to “include reference to the insurance-liability requirement.” Yep, that's right! Although it does not exist, you should have had it when you bought your gun and successfully licensed your weapons against the barriers erected by the DC City Politburo. There is no grandfathering on this piece of Utopic legislation.

So what happens when a gun-owner calls his local Property and Casualty Insurer? Besides the ear splitting laughter heard on the other side, the said gun owner comes to the realization that he is now the owner of a illegal firearm in the District. Sounds like you will be visiting the local Metropoolitan Police Department--or Soviet Firearms Confiscation Unit, whatever more fitting—to turn your illegal weapon into the “gubment”! For those that have yet to figure out this Wheel of Misfortune Puzzle, DC Democrats do not like the Supreme Court and worst yet, believe that the Constitution only applies to them taking your liberties and not obliging them. The ten letter phrase you were looking for is MARTIAL LAW. Every citizen, not criminal, would lose their Second Amendment Right and become subject to the POLICE STATE. Even better, the proposed law states that you will be presumed the owner of the weapon “if the weapon is lost or stolen until the loss or theft is reported to the Metropolitan Police Department”. Meaning if the weapon is lifted from your home--”unawares”--then, you are responsible for whatever happens—injuries, deaths, emotional damages, etc. Amazing how this standard was not applied to the Obama Administration for FAST and FURIOUS! The Utopic challenge by the DC City Politburo is not meant to ensure the Constitutional Right of the Citizen but to aggressively endorse President Barack Hussein Obama's Gun Control pursuits.

The DC City Council members disdain for the Second Amendment is illustrated by their unanimous support for the “March on Washington for Gun Control Recognition Resolution of 2013”. They perceieve law abiding fire arms owners as high risk property owners at best and/or criminals at worst. A crime is defined as “an act or the commission of an act that is forbidden or the omission of a duty that is commanded by a public law and that makes the offender liable to punishment by that law; especially : a gross violation of law”. A crime is often described as “heinous, disgraceful, foolish and reprehensible”. For the Radical Left, those that are found to be legal owners or committed to legally owning a weapon are criminals dastardly planning the most heinous act—enforcing the U.S. Constitution. Each of the Councilmembers agree that the best way to wield control is to eliminate the liberty of gun ownership. While this bill will certainly outlaw gun ownership, it does nothing to focus on the true combatants of the Rule of Law: individuals that illegally possess unlicensed weapons. For some reason, I just do not imagine--unless I take Exit 1-Believe off the Utopia turnpike—that pimps. pushers and hustlers will be shopping for the best liability rates at State Farm, GEICO and Nationwide. Don't let that stop the “I Believe I Can Fly” train from passing by this intersection of reasoning and ideology. Even if the true criminals chose to obey the law, they could not. Such insurance does not exist.

So why would this piece of legislation be the “pursuit of happiness” for the City Council? What best wepon could the Progressives use to confiscate your personal property. By passing this unconstitutional proposal, the DC Politburo will have accomplished what President Obama failed through a United Nation's Small Arms Treaty and a bi-partisan gun control measure in the US Senate—gun confiscation. Joel Pollack of Breitbart's Big Government writes:

“His opponents, the president insisted, refused to make it more difficult for "dangerous criminals" to buy weapons--ignoring one of the core arguments of the other side, namely that dangerous criminals frequently ignore the law to obtain weapons, while law-abiding citizens bear the burden of new rules and restrictions. He reduced his opponents' motives to pure politics, accusing them of being afraid of being punished by an organized, determined minority.”

The facts are plain. The gun control measures of the President and those presented by Councilmembers Cheh, et al are not to improve security for the sovereign individual or mitigate public safety concerns. They are to rob citizens of their rights and to marshall public opinion around the selacious myths of Home Rule style Martial Law.

DC residents are lulled into thinking that gun control reduces crime and that we can count on an aggressive police force to use their omniscient, omnipotent powers to protect and serve. In The Exceptionl Conservative Show's “God, Guns and the Constitution”, we have presented rebuttal that gun control does not reduce crime as much as enforcement of the Second Amendment does. In fact, there are two things that have contributed to the reduction in violent crimes and homocides in the Distrct: (1) enforcement of current law and (2) gentrification. The Metropolitan Police Department's crack down on gang violence, focus on intra-governmental approaches to reducing gun and drug trafficking and seizure of illegal weapons has assisted in lowering the homicide rates. However, it does not fully explain why there is such a high level of gun violence in a gun free state. Further investigation reveals that the “underground, free market system” works in supplying the demand for personal protection. Illegal weapons can be purshased from our neighbors from the North (Maryland) and South (Virginia) or from other second-hand market sources according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Then, there is gentrification. Politicians find favor amongst voters in pledging ther allegiance to “the least, the last and the lost”. It shows advocates and citizens that you care and that you understand the “eternal struggle”. However, I believe that the Bible gives greater insight on allegiances and the hearts of men. In Luke 12:34, it is written, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. ” Economic development has been the treasure of Progressivesin DC for three decades. Progressives have used taxpayer funds to stimulate development and growth in West Washington and the Central City. The idealogues do understand math when it comes to maintaining their Utopia. They can not build on the backs of the poor and win the hearts and minds of the electorate. So they must promise that their economic development visions will insulate the impoverished from the natural selection of an increasingly discriminating economy. Poor people play lotteries, they do not pay the tax revenue necessary to sustain the Utopia. Only the financially secure and well connected can thrive and generate essential tax revenue to pay back excessive debt. The idealogues must build for the cultural elites while pushing the poor further from the city. As the impoverished leave, often East to Prince George's County, Maryland where housing costs are lower, violent crime becomes more geographically fixed. Hence, gentrification, financially supported by the Mayor and Councilmembers to show their governing effectiveness and placate voters, is the weapon most used to eliminate the greatest threat to their Gun Control Utopia: their primary voters.

The Progressive agenda puts the lives and liberties of Urban dwellers at greatest risk. I know you must be thinking that “Adam Kokesh” is the greatest risk to the peace and prosperity of the Nation's Capitol. Personally, I wish the District had been as adament in enforcing gun law violations by NBC News Correspondant David Gregory. During an airing of “Meet the Press”, Gregory presented, on camera, a 30 round magazine and a 10 round magaine clip. According to District law:

"No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term 'large capacity ammunition feeding device' means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term 'large capacity ammunition feeding device' shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition."

Gregory must be doing some serious prison time because I know Brothers standing on 4th and Atlantic Street SE would receive the maximum penalty of law thanks to the courageous law enforcement of the Metropolitan DC Police and prosecution by the United States Attorney fo the District of Columbia. Certainly, Councilmembers Marion Barry and Yvette Alexander, representatives in the most impoverished and most imprisoned areas of the city, would surely show no favoritism in applying gun law justice. The Washington Times' Emily Miller writes:

Officials in Washington are using dirty tactics to hide the investigation and decision not to prosecute David Gregory of NBC News for illegally possessing a “high-capacity” magazine in the District of Columbia.

Forgive me, I thought that leaders of the “Chocolate City” would surely enforce and prosecute the laws justly for the “least, last and the lost” brother in Southeast DC as the wealthy, egalitarian of Northwest DC. Could gun control really be a racial thing after all? Why, yes it appears! There are just some Jim Crow-isms that will not be allowed to perish with time. The right of a man to protect himself against enemy foreign and domestic, against tyrannical governance and to possess property are afforded only the elite in the Utopia created by the Democrats under Home Rule. There is no place under the imaginative policies of this Council for a man to fully embrace his inalienable right to protect himself. More akin to the restrictive policies of Russia than the broad Second Amendment liberties protected under the US Constitution, the DC City Council ideologues and their electorate have a crude reliance on the Police State and a limited faith in the sovereignty of men. The Nation's federal city has hope. Maybe DC citizens and residents will arise to demand their freedoms and liberties before the Council passes an imaginary law that says you never had them in the first place.

   During this High Holiday Season in Christ Culture, we are reminded of the True Passion of the High Priest of the Faith.  Sent as Servant of the House rather than Ruler of the Mob, the Faith icon Jesus, born of the Virgin Mary, experienced the unjust trial of men, the torturous punishment of state, the abandonment of friends and followers, the suffering of the Cross, the humility of burial in a borrowed tomb and eventual Resurrection from the confines of sin and the everlasting embrace of Death on the Third Day.  More radical than any belief before it, God became man and dwelt amongst us, to our Creator paid our irreconcilable debt of committed and omitted sins and offered us, mankind, an undeserved gift of salvation and everlasting life with our Father in Heaven.  Professing that “God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son” is enough to divide family, friends, statesmen, nations and mankind.  The threat of such love has been deemed so radical that its promotion has been denied by dictators, princes, kings, presidents, senators and nations throughout the course of time.  Yet, His Word clearly states that to love Him requires you to make Him precedent over every realm of one’s existence.  It’s this command of Faith that brings needless pains to bear in the hearts of the nobly intended in society.  As modern leaders of religion have turned the Church into a secular business entity, we must enter the marketplace of beliefs, opines and philosophies to consider this question:  Are you willing to become an enemy of the State?


   In a Facebook post, a friend of mine, Katina Person, wrote: “It appears that many of my brothers and sisters in Christ aren’t really my brothers and sisters at all.  I follow JC but they seem to follow PC.  Our foundation is not the same.”  Amidst the great policy debates of our times, this peculiar sense of abandonment has reared its head in groups as antagonistic as conservatives and liberals.  Such debate can become so emotionally violent that it severs relationships as close as father and son or mother and daughter and as distant as individual and community and church and state.  What Katina and I know is that it is not enough that we share binds of blood and geography.  The foundations of such relationships are common yet, often laid askew by faulty alliances and allegiances.  I have heard many a religious leader counsel their sheep, “You wouldn’t want to disagree with your Pastor, y’all been in this church too long and your parents would roll over in their graves if they knew you didn’t support me.”  Such threats of civility and warnings of ancestral disappointment are enough to preserve the relationships of the modern Berean church.  Yet, the antithesis to the pursuit of Truth leaves many in the sheepfold broken, resistant to the mending of ministerial herders, and isolated from the pursuit of Scriptural resolve.  The foundation of the modern church and ministers has been utterly weakened as we are in the day in which churches must be assigned a number by the state in order to operate without infringement.  Corruption ruins the structure of the house, leaving it mere a façade, entangling those that desire to champion morality with those that believe it more convenient to embolden immorality. 

   The Church, prior to President Lyndon Baines Johnson, was the watchdog of injustice in America.  The abolitionists lead the fight against slavery from the pews of the church to the Halls of the Constitutional Congress.  The civil rights leaders led the fight against Democrat wielded Jim Crow politics beneath the steeples of churches to the dais of the United States Supreme Court.  When others misappropriated the power of God and irreverently used His Word, it was the Elders and ministers of the Faith that “straightened” or reformed the body with an accurate presentation and vehement exposition to be applied prudently to one’s life.  In reason, one understands how a person of Faith can seem so at odds with a person of religion.


   Banking of the assurances of judicial righteousness, educational enlightenment, economic comfort and community affinity, the politically correct have discerned that the winds of human doctrine are ever right and this is the season to discard the creations of the Sovereign for the fortunes of the slave.  An assessment is essential to the well-being of your Republic and your Faith as you enter your Temples this Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.  Are you truly walking in the Passions of Christ or in the desires of mankind?  Will you raise your hands to suffer with Christ or deny Him to culturally assimilate based on the latest CNN or ABC poll?  While many may think this an attack against those that have surrendered their commitments to vow with the Democrat Party, it is not that.  On the questions of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, their wily allegiance to God on Sundays and voting the Creator out of their Party the rest of the week makes it too easy a writ against their values and opinions.  They have chosen their lot and have spoken it with exuberance from the convention centers of Charlotte, NC to the Passover Feasts in Jerusalem.  I seek not to raise the dead to condemn them.  They are buried and let them be.  It is unto those that proclaim themselves Patriots of the highest degree and champions of Republicanism that must take this writing from the doors of their House.  How long before there is a vote on the floor of your convention to separate the chaff from the wheat?  You are the moneychangers that I fear most at this Passover.  Like wolves in sheep’s clothing, you proclaim an allegiance to principles and yet, drop your bone in the water reaching for those that will offer you a pigeon rather than a dove.  You say that you want Hispanics, Latinos and Blacks and yet, preclude them by comparing the Civil Rights Movement to the Gay Rights Movement.   You seethe with unquenchable anger upon hearing the voices of the grassroots resistance speak against stealing from our children to pay for our present.  You rail against certain leaders of the cause because they just do not fit in at your Ivy League Galas or your country club festivities.  I remind you that you did not garner these principles alone from either the writings of Russell Kirk or the satire of William F. Buckley, Sr.  Neither did Adam Smith nor John Locke single-handedly bear the tombs stand fast as the origins of liberty and freedom.  No, good men and women, theirs are the observations of a God that so easily confounds the wise and expresses himself so fully in the mouths of the simple.  For those that have safely accounted your assurances in the invitations of men, I forewarn that you shall be most miserable.  Yes, the season, this very season, emits the best of opportunities to cleanse the house of its tempered moderates and replace them with men and women impassioned with the spirit of civil servitude. 


   Ministers of the Faith have exchanged the wealth of the Word for the prosperity of the world.  This is a notable corruption of principle and purposes.  What are ministers?  I am glad you asked.  You may be indicted by your curiosity.  A person serving as an agent for another by carrying out specified orders or functions is a minister.  In the Latin, it is defined as “servant”.  This ideal of servant-hood has been lost on a generation borne to the entitlements of state and pre-mature inheritances of their children’s children.  The characteristics of humility and preference for one above another seem all but foreign conversation within the Social Security generation.  This group extends beyond the Baby Boomers to the socialist leanings of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt fellows.  Nobly we intend to salve the pains of poverty and injustices within the scope of the human condition yet, we fail by our lusts for the pleasures of comfortable living and access to the luxuries of power.  We must avail ourselves to seek liberty and freedom at all costs.  During Virginia’s Second Convention, Patrick Henry arose with valor, “Give me liberty or give me death!”  His closing words animated the hearts of Patriots in every county in the Commonwealth.  His words stirred them for battle and for its most egregious outcome should they fail.  He would not be corrupted by the counsel of compromisers that were Loyal to the British Crown and uncomfortable with the chances of the colonists against the premier world military power.  Yet revolutions are not etched in the passivity of warriors and renegades but unbridled by their passionate pursuit of treasure that seems to escape their very grasps. 


   Jesus in giving his two commissions—the Greater and the Lesser—yielded even greater passion.  In His Lesser Commission, the One that came to serve and not to be served uttered a most ill-reported combativeness.  In Matthew 10:34, He spoke, “I come not to bring peace but to bring a sword!”  Many, masking their expressions hopelessly, cannot imagine their Prince of Peace speaking so offensively.  O, clutch the pearls!  Yes, He did not seek a Washington area lobbying group to create a daily tracking poll, tryout certain words with a select group of consumers or present a proposal to the synagogues for precise responses for the Augustus-Herrod Media.  His Lesser Commission is a volatile as the words of Patrick Henry and yet, the modern church waters this down to present an effeminate message from an androgynous messenger.  “Peace, Peace, all compromise and tolerance for the sake of peace!”  Not the One Mary called Jesus.  His Lesser Commission to His disciples (servants) was that they think, speak and do in accord with the Father for His Word is at enmity with the wisdom, heart and desire of mankind.  Jesus did not present a watered down Gospel (good news) for He was presenting “the Way” to salvation.  A mere degree of variance could lead His flock and his disciples astray.  Mission creep would not be allowed nor would mission failure be accepted. 


   If He would instruct his disciples so then, how would He instruct his modern ambassadors of the Faith?  I digress to the definition of minister, servant.  We are His friends, His messengers and his servants.  I would say Jesus would not divorce Himself from His instructions of the past in order to assuage your feelings towards Him today.  In the Great Commission, Matthew 28:16-20, Jesus commanded His Disciples: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”  In observation, I believe that Jesus wanted a sovereign people so empowered that they would instruct as He had and to set His principles as the ruler for all Rulers.  Such men and women are natural enemies of the state.  According to Free Dictionary, an enemy of the state is “a person accused of certain crimes against the state, such as treason. Describing individuals in this way is sometimes a manifestation of political repression.”  This political repression is not a modern thing as much as it is a historical thing.  Throughout history, “the Way” has been replete with a multitude of individuals and groups that have appealed to powers and have come to power to repress the attraction to the Faith.  In this Country, we are experiencing a mere microcosm of the attacks upon Christians around the world.  Yet, it is more stinging here, as it was the Holy Bible that served as the foundation for the US Constitution, and yet, ministers across throughout have condemned both as hostile to their perceived civil rights.  The 14th amendment, once a symbol of our Nation’s ability to correct its ills, has now become the bastard orphan of groups with well-funded causes and noble intentions.  Our messengers of the Faith have surrendered their allegiances that they might receive the provision and security of the State.  Our future presents the highest probability that those that once were deemed patriots for protecting such moral documents may soon be indicted for hostilely opposing such loyalists to immoral law.


   In the Latin, the word enemy is defined “not friend”.  It once seemed in life that you could either be something or not.  Then, politics was created on the ninth day and there went that notion.  Norman Schwarzkopf said, "A very great man once said you should love your enemies, and that's not a bad piece of advice.  We can love them, but, by God, that doesn't mean we're not going to fight them."  We must ask ourselves as our political parties evolve, “Are you willing to become an ‘enemy of the state’?”   Will you stand for the principles that made this a Nation so great that it overcame the sins of slavery, Jim Crow and the Great Internment?   Not with greater tyranny but with greater liberty.  It is written, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”  As we hearken to the wisdom of the Supreme Court, we must begin to re-evaluate whether we are a friend and then, to whom.  The answers to each may grant us much solace in submission to tyranny or in revolution with liberty.  You may not want to wear your good clothes to church on Sunday.  There are some tables that need to be overturned.




   Network Media broadcasters, in the waning days of Election 2012, make it their business to remind Americans of the term “October Surprise”. A fixture of political talk since President Lyndon Baines Johnson's Vietnam assist to Vice President Hubert Humphrey in 1968. October Surprise is a news event that has the power to influence the voters' reaction to a candidate. Most expected, in this Presidential Election, that the Media would report some event that would garner significant advantage to President Barack Hussein Obama's Campaign. However, the real news is that the October Surprise occurred in September, has revealed Obama's foreign policy failures and brought his campaign to a virtual death knelt. What the Obama Administration knew and when they knew it will reveal with certainty whether they are lying about the circumstances that impacted the deaths of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans or if they incompetently left the US Consulate at Benghazi, Libya and other American embassies and consulates around the world vulnerable to attack. “We the People” are called upon every four years to invest our Trust in one amongst us that will focus on Truth rather than semantics and Leadership rather than rhetoric.

   The greatest revelation about the “Surprise” is that Americans seek a World Leader that takes responsibility and executes a strategy to protect our citizens. Four weeks passed after the September 11, 2012 terrorist event and neither the White House nor State Department had taken full responsibility for the mishaps in preparation, security and intelligence. On his last day on Earth, Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens requested additional security for fear of losing his life. The terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya was troubling in itself. That Congress budgeted more than $2 billion for security enhancements to embassy and consulate around the world and yet, rejected the US Ambassador's request is quite unsettling. Stevens did not mention a YouTube video denigrating the Prophet Muhammad. The video is the Administration's defense throughout Benghazi-Gate. The Wall Street Journal's James Rosen writes:

“In Tuesday night's debate with Mitt Romney, President Obama claimed to have "told" the American people that Benghazi was a terror attack the very next day, Sept. 12, when speaking from the Rose Garden. The assertion was untrue, despite moderator Candy Crowley's ruling to the contrary. The president had only spoken generally of terror attacks, and Benghazi would have been understood to fall under that umbrella only if it had been acknowledged as a terror attack. “ []

The terrorist attack was curiously planned for September 11. 2012. A time when Americans, and even Israel, remember the onset of our War on Terror with the destruction of New York's famed Twin Towers by militant terrorists on September 11, 2001. Yet, Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seemed aloof and unable to give a reasoned response for the episode that resulted in the death of four Americans and the first US Ambassador killed in an attack since President Jimmy Carter's administration in 1979.

   Why would a sitting President not accept responsibility immediately and employ a strategy to retaliate against the militants? Why would the State Department not provide a war zone Ambassador adequate protection? Why did Obama, Clinton and Biden not know that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had determined that this was a terrorist act within 24 hours of the event? Obama and his Administration seem so weak in their Benghazi-Gate defense that voters believe either they are lying in order to increase their chances for political victory or are incompetent in executing foreign policy. Once blaming Governor Mitt Romney for politicizing the Benghazi attacks, the Obama Administration finds itself, according to the Associated Press, under political pressure to respond militarily in Libya for the attacks. This leaves the Administration appearing to be more reactive than proactive in executing military and foreign policy options. When one is proactive on the world stage, he appears to be a Master of topics. When one is reactive, he appears to be a foil-able Student. After four years, the American voter seeks a Master rather than student. Voters depend on the integrity, ability and strength of the one that will receive their trust. Voters also depend on truth rather than talking points for matters of security. The problem is that Democrat leaders have not reverenced the surety of the voter. James Carville once advised:

“The voter is basically dumb and lazy. The reason I became a Democratic operative instead of a Republican was because there were more Democrats that didn't have a clue than there were Republicans.

Truth is relative. Truth is what you can make the voter believe is the truth. If you're smart enough, truth is what you make the voter think it is. That's why I'm a Democrat. I can make the Democratic voters think whatever I want them to."

Unfortunately, the greatest misgiving that the Obama Administration may not want to acknowledge but is quite profound is that the 2012 Presidential Election Voter is not as dumb and lazy as many expected them to be and certainly want to know what is true rather than acceptable platform talking points. We the People want Trust and Truth not reckless abandon for political gain. Americans are determining that they can not find it in Obama, Biden or Clinton.

Bloomberg, Emanuel, Gray and Menino: The Dirty Work of Installing Socialism Into the Minds of Urban Amerikka



Someone has got to do it!  It is dirty and seems a misguided exploration of territory and even uncommon waste of resources.  Christians will yell at you for forsaking the First Two Commandments: “Love the Lord Your God With All of Your Heart,  With All of Your Soul, With All of Your Strength and With All of Your Mind and Your Neighbor as Yourself (Luke 10:27).”  Teetotalers of the First Amendment shall condemn you for your onerous disdain of the Founding Fathers and their observance of free speech among individual and corporate citizen alike.  Private Property Guardians will assault you as cynics seeking to undo the principles of intellectual and private property.   Liberals will assail your integrity for not moving faster with the newly inferred powers of public officials at every level by the radical Supreme Court which, for the sake of expediency, deemed socialism the preferred style of governance over the land by the measure of restraint in taxation of the corporate and individual citizen.  Listen, it took millenniums for mankind to reach the seventh heaven.  Know that installing Utopian state sponsored tyranny upon the universe may take another generation.


Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.


Most of Amerikka has been up in arms about Dan Cathy’s comments on traditional marriage.  Before July 2012, most had never even heard of Mr. Cathy.  Turning from a music career as a trumpeter, Mr. Cathy joined Chick-Fil-A in 1970 and, since 2001, serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.  Chick-fil-A has steadily grown to become the second largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States, with over 1,615 locations in 39 states and Washington, D.C. [Note to Mayor Vincent Gray: You should pay as much attention to the companies residing in your city as you pay to those that handle your campaign finances.  By the way, as a Roman Catholic, I would think that you would know that there is a Chick-Fil-A at Catholic University.  Take it up with the Priest at the next confessional.].  In 2011, annual sales were over $4.1 billion. Chick-fil-A is still privately held and family owned.  In 2011, Consumer Reports ranked Chick-Fil-A the Nation’s Top Chicken Chain.  J. D. Powers, in 2010, ranked it top restaurant brand in customer satisfaction.  In 2008, Men’s Health recognized Chick-Fil-A as America’s Healthiest Restaurant Chain for Children.



Truth is, my entire life has been spent around Chick-fil-A and watching my dad, S. Truett Cathy, build an organization that is as much about people as it is chicken.


Why would such a successful man and excellent organization have difficulty in connecting with the Mayors of the Most Powerful Cities in America: Washington, DC.; Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; and San Francisco, California?  While many of you will immediately affix yourself to the concept of God, I would probably confound you by saying that it is the least of the concerns of the Left.  God has been erased from most conversations in Urban American politics.  The ever extensive reach of Black Liberation Theology and its Marxist-Leninist Tenets has all but reduced the number of Urban American, Biblical World View ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a mere remnant easily hidden in the caves of orthodox seminaries or buried in pulpit depth charts.  God has such little place in the state sponsored societies of Urban America.  It is easier to blame “some” in the Universal Church for the  deficiencies of racial prejudice and fiscal greed as the reasons that the social justice gospel outside of the predominant favor of government influence has failed.  Easily asked, yet drawing a breath of many in the reluctance to answer, “How many of your churches have more fliers and advertisements from your federal, state, county and local government about “social justice programs” that provide medical, housing and clothing to the “poor” than ministerial notices of support to the “poor”?  The Urban American Church has placed the responsibility of caring for the sick, the homeless and the poor on the “taxpayer” because it is only “fair” that we all give “equally” to the needs of the poor.  The fabric of a Biblical World View in Urban America has been eroding since 1964.  Thus, God is not the issue.



The real issue is the common standard of achievement.  What are you talking about, Ken?  Can you not see that the Progressives are trying to take away your rights and liberties?  Yes, I can.  Can you not see that they are attacking a man simply because he offered his personal opinion?  Yes, I can.  Conservatives, I must provoke you so that you realize where  the real battlefield is.  The Progressives left the soft, safe conservative confines of the United States Constitution on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 with the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States.  The Progressives’ interest was never the economy, energy, foreign policy or any other Constitutional requirement of Congress.  It was about obtaining the last ring of conquest: socialized medicine.  In the moment that President Barack Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), Progressives had ended their War on Natural Rights.  Every American, by choice and force, had surrendered their political rights, guaranteed by Sovereign God, installed by our Founding Father’s in the US Constitution, for economic rights, guaranteed by a state sponsored assembly of mankind, installed by the radical interpretation of the US Constitution by electorates, Congress, President and Supreme Court.  Unless the Second Bill of Rights is repealed then, the US Constitution established by the Founding Father’s is virtually dead.  In its absence, a new Constitution is being written but only, for this moment, on the hearts of men.


Common Standard of Achievement is the new spike in the Progressive Railroad to Tyranny.  What is Common Standard of Achievement.  Let’s critically think this through.  Common is defined as “pertaining or belonging equally to an entire community, nation, or culture; public”.  There is no private.  Success is a public investment and public outcome.  Wealth created from innovation is not private property but belongs to state.  In the very first paragraph of the “Virginia Declaration of Rights” written by George Mason in 1776, it proclaims:


“That all men are by nature equally free and independent, and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.”


Thomas Jefferson would later use this reasoning for the founding principle of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” in the Declaration of Independence.  No private property or private success then, no life or liberty.



Standard is defined as “something considered by an authority or by general consent as a basis of comparison; an approved model.”.   Modern Liberal Economics would have you believe that there are not two distinct economies, one private and the other public but one, public.  Their analysis in the public economy portends that the universal economy is beholding to the unlimited resources confiscated by government and that by daring to raise revenue, increase taxes, the confiscator would stir the universal economy through unique investment opportunities (government spending) that would produce innovation (new government programs) and equal stabilizing growth for every citizen, corporate and individual (fair and shared costs of effort).  Such artists of Keynesian Theatrics fail to realize the boundaries of governmental intervention and how too great a manipulation of money supply creates artificial growth in specific industries (Banking Industry, GM, Solyndra, etc) while resulting in a weakened economic recovery.  Bleeding the economy with more stimulus will only slow the inevitable outcome of a cataclysmic economic outcome like a depression.  Private industry determines the profitability of a project based on risk and reward and not the nobility of purpose or access to unlimited funding.  Private pursues profit in order to create jobs, innovation and investments in capital and production.  Profit is not a curse word unless defined by the marketers of governmental intervention.  Yet, the model that is preferred of men is private since it grants ownership and authority to the individual or corporate citizen.  Government, the state entity, is insatiable and until it confiscates the whole, none of its noble approaches to solving the individual problems of mankind will ever come to fruition.  Government was not created by free-market capitalists to ever be so large that it would so negatively influence the general marketplace.  There are those that wish to hurry the state sponsored marketplace in order to eliminate the private marketplace.  Installing socialism unto the next generation requires the acceptance of community/social/state property over private and intellectual property.  Public modeling must prevail in order to satisfy the new standard.



Achievement is defined as  ”something accomplished, especially by superior ability, special effort, great courage, etc.; a great or heroic deed”.  It seems that only Exceptional Americanism can be validated where there is a primary role of government.  The only courageous projects, developments or ideals were pursued by those invested in, selected by or submitted to the state.  Hoover Dam is referred to by the President.  However, it was not Hoover Dam that came before private land speculation and economic development.  The latter came first.  However, it is so sexy to blame the government for the great successes of America because the noble idea was always completed without fault or error,  by the resources of the private and corporate citizen.  So who shall tell the story?  Whom must do the indoctrination?  Only those that have a “bully” pulpit.  Their command of the liberal press offers the greatest reach for the new message.  To whom?  Certainly not you!  You are the reason that America has failed.  The New America shall not depend on the individual or the corporation to solve our problems.  Only the State can plan for the unnatural and natural conditions to help its people overcome their limitations in wisdom, experience, effort, courage and ability.  For the State to continuing prospering, it must convince the potential convert that the final noteworthy accomplishment of anything is source in the Sovereignty of government and not man.



Yes, President Obama’s Roanoke, VA Speech is not an accident.  It was the signal to the Progressives to begin an all-out assault on the next generation of thinkers.  They, our children–adult and and grand–will rely upon those recognized as Urban American authoritarians to establish the Common Standard of Achievement.  Without this conversion, the hope for a Universal Declaration of Human Rights dims.  It is possible that a revolution to fundamentally return Amerikka to its political rights alone as unto the Founding Fathers, will take place before Progressives can wield their powerful new authority.  Even New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg encourages the State to exert collective force upon the citizenry in order that citizens relinquish their Second Amendment Rights.


“I don’t understand why the police officers across this country don’t stand up collectively and say, ‘We’re going to go on strike. We’re not going to protect you. Unless you, the public, through your legislature, do what’s required to keep us safe…’”


Yet, this seems unlikely with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, DC Mayor Vincent Gray, Boston Mayor Thomas Menino all blasting Chick-fil-A for the statements of Dan Cathy.  By the Old Standard, our Constitution would preclude us from focusing to greatly on the blustering of City Leaders.  The New Constitution carved onto our hearts by authors like Obama and Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts requires us to put greater faith in their blustering for they may be empowered to execute even the most idle threat.


The installation of the tenets of socialism, at least at its most frightening level of state sponsored human rights, requires public servants to rebel against the confines of their duties and instigate the eventual revolt of the workers (mob), aligning themselves with the defenders of the one perfect opinion of the state, against constructs and protectors of the rule of law.  The New Constitution points to the taxpayer as the public servant and the elected official as the ruler of the common good.  Every individual and corporate citizen must be able to point to their achievement from the Sovereignty of the Noble State and not from the Sovereignty of a Omniscient, Omnipotent and Inerrant God.  The Savior and Redeemer of the Nation must be the wisdom of the central planning organization that remedied the challenges of nature and man to grant a level outcome for all that subsist under its authority.  It seems that when all is said and done that the high ground will have its Pyrrhic victory and the Barbarians of ideology will all but flee from the land with only the echoes of their unflattering hurl of curses as witness of their presence.  The Progressives have moved on from the US Constitution and are proceeding with quickened steps towards the Utopian idealism of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Conservatives, the battlefield has moved and the Progressives hope that you focus on everything but radically transforming Amerikka back to America.

The Progressive War on The Second Amendment


     LGBT Month has not shone kindly upon America’s First Gay President, Barack Hussein Obama.  His Campaign’s Budget for Re-Election is emulating his overall governing style of the federal budget.  The Obama Campaign will fall short of its anticipated goal of $1 Billion in fundraising.  While President Obama has $110 million on hand, his campaign is spending $5.5 million dollars a month more than they raise.  That’s OK because the Boss set the example, through continuing resolutions, by spending $1.2 trillion more than the Treasury collects in tax and fee revenues.  However, the Campaign seems a sugar and spice distraction from the disconcerting happenings of the world around him.  Italy, Spain and Greece have raised a mighty finger towards the Utopian wealth distribution dreams of the President.  As such, Americans have watched their 401-K statements become drenched in the red ink of stock market losses.  The Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has announced that the economy requires more printing of dollars in order to ease the fall of a weak recovery.   The Fed Chairman made this decision based on the Bureau of Labor’sannouncement on the relative strength of Vice-President Joe Biden’s “Summer of Recovery“.  Scott Walker won in Wisconsin and the SEIU lost in the Supreme Court.  Speaking of the SCOTUS, we are moments away from observing whether Obama must schedule an Immigration Apology Tour for Alabama and Arizona.  We are moments away from receiving SCOTUS’ ruling on Obama’s Signature Piece of Legislation: Obama Care.  Beyond all of this, the Blues Brothers–Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder–have decided to double down on reckless by enacting executive privilege on documents requested by Congress in its investigation of a gun smuggling and money laundering project executed by the United States Department of Justice.  We are literally moments away from a determination as to whether Obama’s Term as President can best be described as “The Waste, Fraud and Abuse Act of 2008″.

Today, the forces that push for gun control seem to be heavily (though not exclusively) allied with political factions that are committed to dramatic increases in taxation on the middle class. While it would be hyperbole to compare higher taxes on the middle class to the suffering and deprivation of sharecropping or slavery, the analogy of disarming those whom you wish to economically disadvantage, has a certain worrisome validity to it.

     While it would be very easy to draw from the living waters of failure and write of any of the subjects above, I believe that a major issue screams out:  THE PROGRESSIVES WAR on theSECOND AMENDMENT.  Before I approach the risks of losing the Second Amendment because of the molested affections of progressive drones,  I must interject my strongest disdain for those willing to trade their Godly inheritance for a supper.   It should be our greatest fear to elect or appoint to any office an individual that subscribes to the philosophies and talking points of the Progressive Movement.  Since the beginnings of this country, there have been those that have pursued death rather than life, oppression rather than liberty and the misery of fairness rather than the pursuit of happiness.  They have cloaked themselves in the lamb’s wool of noble, good intentions towards the needy, the disenfranchised and the conditionally disadvantaged.  However, they wrestle with a wolf’s fur of patient, unceasing desire that allows them to adjust their passions while convincing the weakest among us to exchange their unalienable, Creator endowed rights for the economic assurances of man deigned liberties.  Cramer writes,” Today, the same elitist rhetoric regards law-abiding Americans in the same way, as child-like creatures in need of guidance from the government.  In the last century, while never openly admitted, one of the goals of disarming blacks was to make them more willing to accept various forms of economic oppression, including the sharecropping system, in which free blacks were reduced to an economic state not dramatically superior to the conditions of slavery.”  The Progressives have had as their utter ambition an undeveloped underclass that willfully accepts monetary support from the State in lieu of any real legislative, executive or judicial influence or pursuit of political right through the protections of the US Constitution.

     President Franklin Delano Roosevalt was so certain that the US Constitution had failed that he offered a Second Bill of Rights.  President Roosevelt, in his Infamous January 11, 1944 State of the Union address to Congress, informs, “We have come to a clear realization of the fact that true individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence…Necessitous men are not free men…People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.”  The perfect storm, when Esau would finally succumb to Isaac, is what Progressives have sought.  That storm would be composed of a world headed to a seemingly insolvable economic crisis and, due to financial hardships beyond their control, citizens willingly submit their rights for sustenance–food stamps, green jobs and the guarantees of already bankrupt noble institutions like Social Security and Medicare.  There is a price to be paid.  One must sacrifice their ability to defend themselves for the fruit of another man’s labor.  William Barclay said, “Self-defense is a part of the law of nature; nor can it be denied the community, even against the king himself.”  When one is lacking in their Trust of God, it seems far better to place a trust in the material promises of Earth’s princes.

     For as long as there have been free men willing to protect their country and their property, there have been those seeking to undue such a Godly deed.  Urban pioneers know this better as the Democrats cultural commitment to gun control.  On December 15, 1791, the thirteen states of the new union ratified the Bill of Rights.  One of the ten critical Rights included the Second Amendment.  It states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  From that period in American History to include the Revolutionary War, the Great Expansion and Settling of the Wild West, the War of 1812, the Civil War and World War I, no federal law was passed to infringe upon the right of US citizens to bear arms.  Then, the perfect storm arrives: The Great Depression.

     The masses heard the cries of those that sought to provide “the relief, recovery and reform” that the US Constitution could not offer.  The Progressives proffered a need to rid the world of waste, fraud and abuse that the strict Constitutionalists had no interest in eliminating.  World renown historian William Leuchtenburg wrote, “The Progressives believed in the Hamiltonian concept of positive government, of a national government directing the destinies of the nation at home and abroad. They had little but contempt for the strict construction of the Constitution by conservative judges, who would restrict the power of the national government to act against social evils and to extend the blessings of democracy to less favored lands. The real enemy was particularism, state rights, limited government.”  With the US Constitution deemed a fierce and intolerable enemy, the Progressives cloaked themselves in relief and recovery and began their reform assault.

     In FDR’s First 100 Days, he focused on “making banks safer”.  By the way, Obama’s First 100 Days Focus was the banks.  FDR was criticized for not nationalizing the banks.  Obama has a Back-Door Option of Nationalizing: converting preferred shares into common stock.  FDR used his Democrat House and Democrat Senate to pass the first federal gun control legislation: National Firearms Act (NFA).  The crisis: gangsters (or “good people, citizens”) had access to “gangster weapons”–machine guns, short-barreled shotguns and other weapons and the state’s and cities’ armed forces weren’t packing that kinda heat.  Advantage: criminal (who was, is and will always be able to get such weapons without permit or tax).  FDR says lets make certain that good people or citizens are unable to buy such military grade weaponry without a tax.  In 1934, a new gun purchase tax of $200 was levied which was the equivalent of $2,525 per gun in today’s currency.  Obama focused on nationalizing health care.  Err, his mind, heart and soul was also on guns: Fast and Furious.

     What better way to eliminate free market, capitalism in the gun industry than to create a crisis of such global proportions that nationalization is the only option?  I give you the D-O-J.  Using a former Bush DOJ program as an outline, President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder crafted a way to nationalize the gun industry, federalize gun control, eliminate the natural self defense rights of citizens and move the United States one step closer to submitting its Sovereignty under the United Nations; all while, without permission of the Mexican government, forcing gun shop owners to disobey federal and state laws by selling guns and ammunition to known inter-country criminals and money laundering for drug cartels.  The unfortunate thing with any noble government program is that it eventually fails due to incompetence or malfeasance.  Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE Agent Jaime Zapata were murdered by individuals using Fast and Furious Guns.  Mexican Officials estimate that over 300 persons have been murdered and 20,000 injured as a result of criminals using Fast and Furious Guns.  The Obama Administration was going for the knock-out blow to the Second Amendment.  FDR, Woodrow Wilson and Lyndon Banes Johnson would have been so proud.  Today, we observe the worst of the Richard M Nixon Administration and Jimmy Carter Administration in a anachronistic, political swan dive on the world stage.

     The Democrat Party and Progressives have done much to keep the Black community in a state of defenselessness and our community has done mighty works in order to align itself with the principles of those that seek its demise.  The Progressives have convinced many that a “felon” on the DC City Council better represents “the least, the last and the lost” than someone determined to eliminate the conditions that make them  ”the least, the last and the lost”.  Many a murder would have not been committed in communities where poverty persists if individuals understood, enforced and elected representatives that supported their natural right to defend themselves.  However, for urban lifestylists, that would require a higher commitment to personal responsibility and a loss of dependence on the state for protection.  Union shake-down artists would have no body to depend for exorbitant pensions, salaries and give-backs in lieu of the taxpayers “conspicuous consumption”.  It is amazing what the individual and family can do when the State gets out of the way.  Urban Progressives hope that you never have the chance to experience the liberty and freedom of self-control.  It is just so much easier trusting in the god of gun-control.

     The Great Philosopher Confucius preached of governmental and personal morality, honorable social relationships, just living and sincerity.  He wrote, “In a country well-governed, poverty is something to be ashamed of.  In a country badly governed, wealth is something to be ashamed of.”  This is the tale of two Presidential Administrations in the US and an impending calamity that will occur after the next Presidential election.  Under President George W. Bush, the nation was guided through the hymnal of shame at the excess of the wealthy.  It spurred many employed persons to complain that the wealthy ought to pay more taxes and be more fair with the distribution of their property.  The United States became ashamed of the large number of poor persons that were unable to find work (average unemployment rate for two terms was about 5%) and would have to live off of food stamps and welfare (28 million).  Today, President Barack Hussein Obama speaks of the poisonous “silver spoon” that has oppressed the poor and middle class.  Capitalism, under the Bush administration, has been a noose around the necks of those that have prospered outside of union manipulation, corrupted market systems and government sponsored endeavors.  Only a mighty stimulus will reward those that seek life, liberty and the pursuits of happiness  from the fountains of Central Planning Organizations.  Obama has clearly defined, for the masses of people that ride their BMW’s (Bus/Metro Train/Walk) to the Mall to watch TV since they can not afford the increased costs of utilities in their homes, that America’s greatest shame is not its poverty but its wealth.  The media continues its propaganda rantings about the economic successes of the current Administration.  However, more people than ever are out of work (greater than 8% today) and nearly twice as many people are living off of food stamps and welfare (47 million).  In the cabinet drawer of life, Obama’s disdain for the “silver spoon” of wealth creation has not been lost on his preference for the “golden spoon” of entitlement.  Confucius says, “Do not impose on others what you do not desire yourself.”  If Confucius were around today then, by the numbers, I believe that he would say that George Bush governed well in comparison to President Obama.  So whom wears this shame?  It is worn by the American citizens that empowered a economic neophyte to take the helm of the most powerful Nation in the world on the clandestine promise of “hope and change”!

     Let us be absolutely transparent.  TAXMAGGEDON is REAL.  It is a ruthless attempt to penalize those that will not vote the current president out of office.  Those that will suffer most will be those that he says he holds most dear: the poor and middle class.  Taxmaggedonis a $500 Billion Hammer that Obama and his Democrat Senate plans to throw at the heads of American taxpayers.  This added to the Sickle of Obama Care Taxes on the Red Background of our gloomy national deficit of $16 Trillion and you get a pretty good idea of the direction that class envy will take you.  Obama has always chosen class envy over prudent economic policy.  Class envy makes enemies of fiscal conservatives, appeasers of moderating Independents and Republicans in Name Only and moralists of Marxists, Socialists and Keynesian Theorists on Steroids.  In observance of the class envy, politicking in the US has changed.  It makes multimillionaire politicians feel as if they have to apologize for their success and at times, for the success of their ancestors.   There it is.  It is a shame to earn, inherit or invest wealth.  It must be given to you by the great bureaucrats of the ever expanding central government.  But Ken, I just filed my 2011 Tax Return.  Why are we even talking about this?  I believe that this moment warrants a sincere consideration of an immense and deadly financial tsunami that will soon broach the paychecks of laborers, the capital gains of investment portfolios and the philanthropic resources of non-profit agencies.

     For the “We Got You Back, Obama” clientele, nothing I proclaim will make sense to you.  Your answers are written on golden tablets buried beneath the Oak tree under which you slumber awaiting Obama to pay for your gas and your mortgage.  However, for those awakened by the fall of ACORNs, you will understand that absolute allegiance will cost you and your grandchildren a fortune.  Let’s start with the basics.  The Obama Tax Cuts will expire on December 31,2012.  Yes, the same man that brought you the infamous “Make Work Pay” Credit [STAND WITH THE WORKERS OF AMERICA.  USSA.  USSA.] is proud of his seventeen (17) small business tax cuts.  However, they too shall pass.  The Bush Tax Cuts will expire on December 31, 2012.  Despite what Madam Rachel tells you on MSLSD, the Bush Tax Cuts were more profitable for the poor and middle class than for the wealthy.


The report states that on Jan. 1 the doubling of the child tax credit, increased standard deductions and income credits and the creation of the 10 percent tax bracket — all of which primarily aimed at non-wealthy taxpayers — will vanish if gridlock persists in Washington.

While wealthier taxpayers pay more in taxes and stand to lose more money if the tax cuts expire, the impact on low-income taxpayers will be far greater because they live on slimmer margins.

Why do you say this, Ken?  Well, can you imagine being a Head of Household earning just $12,400 per year from your part time labor at Smokey’s Juke Joint ad watching the Federal government take 15% of your pay instead of the 10% that “W” said was enough to pay the federal bills.  Starting in January 2013, you will pay $1,860 rather than $1,240.  That’s an additional $620 to Big Pimp Uncle Sam.  You go player.  You gotta get that dollar bill y’all!  Man, you are making a mountain out of a molehill.  They will make that up in Earned Income monies and writing their kids off on taxes.  In 2012, the head of household parent with three children received $5,891 in Earned Income Tax Refundable Credits.  In 2013, she will receive $4,140.  Yeah, that negative $1,751 will make up for the loss of $620 made payable to Big Daddy Uncle Sam.  Oh yeah, those kids!  She received a Child Tax Credit of $1,000 per child in 2012.  In 2013, it falls 50% to $500.  You see under President Bush, the Head of Household Filer did pretty well.  As Obama exits, they will suffer mightily.  In fact, the Bush Tax Cutsgreatly rewarded those that the Far Left deem are the poor and middle class.  With low unemployment rates, many were able to escape the fiscal confines of governmental tax-ploitation from the Democrat Tax and Send Lobby.  This led to increased consumer and industrial spending and an expansion of the economy.

     This Message Is Not One spoken of Well by Urban Democrat Tax and Spenders or Carried Well by Conservatives.  For Urban Democrats, lower taxes do irreparable harm to their influential powers built upon class and caste envy, government dependence and wealth distribution.  Under the assault of lower taxes, people begin to ask three essential questions that eradicate the need for the Democrat Party.  The first is “If government can run on less, why do they need so much of my money?”  This speaks to the corruption and inefficiency that comes with government intervention into the daily lives of the citizen.  Every cause of Man becomes a noble requirement of citizens to devote a portion of their incomes.  We are not looking for a “real” solution but merely project or program that will help us cope with the ruin that was done by Man.  Since it was Man, or the citizen, that caused the ailment which required the noble cause, a “pure” organization must step forward to oversee the correction of the problem.  This pure organization must select the most elite thinkers to oversee the regulation of its competitors–free market capitalists–and fairly pay those that wish to such noble labor.  While fairness is the hallmark of the  effort, the elite recognize that some workers are better than other workers and must unite them to maintain control of the effort.  This nobility requires more pay and benefits than the other knaves.  Each has security and performs labor.  However, citizens are assured that for additional project and program costs that the project or program will keep people employed and the city, state or federal government working towards the noble effort.  Notice how we moved from an efficient effort to correct a problem to a noble effort to maintain those in employment to manage the problem.  Corruption of effort leads to corruption of purpose.  The corrupted purpose is not self-sufficient.  It is built on noble reasoning and funded on the fear that Man will not solve the problem and only Government can manage it.  Hence, more money is needed to do much with little outcome. The purpose has allowed the government to grow and burden the people.  The citizens are divided: (1) those that recognize waste, fraud and abuse and (2) those that wish to maintain their pre-eminent source of wealth and will do, by any means necessary, to secure its source of power and influence.


The second is, “Can we do without government doing this for us?”  This question requires exploration and examination.  in Urban America, such exploration is deemed fruitless and harmful at once.  There are some in Washington, DC that can not imagine a private trash company ridding the city of refuse at a reduced cost.  There are some in Washington, DC that will not envision the parent having the power to choose the school for the child based on the needs of the student, the overall performance of the school and the direct access to taxpayer funds to fully support their decision.  At one time, we were trained to become doctors, lawyers and entrepreneurs.  Today, students in our community, are encouraged to become government workers and study social work.  The studies of Math, Science and the Constitution are deemed too hard.  How can a people that are unable to get a Voter ID actually run a marketing company that notifies the community of changes in transportation, provide needed care to the poor or represent them justly in discord without government?  It goes without saying that the only way to manage poverty is to allow government to involve itself in the daily lives of its citizens.  The only way to overcome it is to get government out of the daily lives of its citizens.  Such examination is profitable and will lead to liberty.  This is at all disdained by the Democrat power brokers and their Urban Poverty Pimps that govern Metropolitan areas.

     The last is, “Whose money is this anyway?”  It’s amazing the number of friends that I have on Face Book with a Blue D surrounded by a Blue Circle in their Information area.  This is their Face Book tattoo for being a member of the Democrat Party.  However, if you ever pose this question, you get a sincere renegade-like retort.  ”My money is my money!” Often, this is the same response I hear in marriage counseling with young couples.  ”His money is My Money and My Money is My Money!”  Yes, get the Divorce Papers together now.  Possession seems the important virtue of wealth accumulation.  However, the same individuals misunderstand the power that they lose and the power that a centralized federal government gains in the articles of this possession.  When possession is the essential link to success, you are not willing to succumb to a natural requirement to give as needed.  You understand that there a noble causes that you can give to without prodding however, greed separates you from such activity.  Someone else can take care of this problem.  I don’t have it to give to those that can do best in managing it.  This is why an all-powerful government suits the Tax and Spend Democrat.  It removes their Will to Give and Replaces it with the Patriotic Duty of Hiring Someone to Do It For Them.  While Conservatives would prefer to battle the Invisible of Free Markets, Liberals feel most comfortable when the Visible Hand of Taxation automatically withholds funds from them to answer the most noble challenges of the day like funding Government Services Administration (GSA) Trips to Las Vegas or meddling in the private business affairs of mankind by funding Solyndra.  To the Conservative, every penny that you earned is yours and to the Liberal, every penny that government allows you to keep is yours.  Government in Urban America has spent the past eighty years indoctrinating people to incrementally reduce their Trust in themselves and God and incrementally increase their Trust in Government.


In 1964, when President Lyndon Johnson declared a “war on poverty” in America, the poverty rate stood at around 19 percent.

Since then, total federal, state, and local spending on anti-poverty programs has amounted to $15 trillion, yet the poverty rate now stands at 15.1 percent, the highest level in nearly a decade.


Businesses, families, investors, etc. are all looking to December 31, 2012.  For the Poor, their attack is already underway.  Unemployment and those exiting the employment market due to an inability to find opportunities are increasing at record high levels.  More Americans are on food stamps and welfare than at any time in four decades.  More skilled labor opportunities exist than non-skill and that speaks to the education crisis in Urban America.  The impact on federal, state and local governments is stark.  Michael Tanner, Cato Institute Health and Welfare Studies Director and Author of The Poverty of Welfare: Helping Others in Civil Society”, writes, “Federal, state and local governments now spend $20, 610 a year for every poor person in the United States or $61,830 for each poor family of three.”  Since President Obama began his Administration, the Nation’s governments have spent $1 trillion on anti-poverty programs which s $315 Billion more tan the Nation spends on National Defense.

[DC Mayor Vincent] Gray is willing to rewrite tech incentives that would save LivingSocial up to $32.5 million in taxes over a five-year period beginning in 2015. By then the company, which has yet to turn a profit, expects to be operating in the black and to have hired an additional 1,000 people in the city. To maximize its savings, at least half of the new hires would be required to live in the District or move to the city within six months of being hired.

Businesses and wealthy persons have an advantage that the poor do not.  Mobility!  If they do not like the way the tax game is being played then, they can pick up their wealthy game pieces and leave.  The Poor have no place to go.  They will bear the brunt of the forces of tax policy gone wild in Democratland.  They have no lobbying group to dine with city leaders to work out a favorable tax deal.  Many say that under Republicans, the Rich get Richer.  It appears that, under Democrats, the Poor get Poorer.  Blame Bush!

Should Americans Be Concerned About Their President's Adversary List?

Politics is the conspiracy of the unproductive but organized against the productive but unorganized.

     Judge Napolitano and J. C. Watts have something in common.  They have recently tapped into a conspiracy of the Washington Establishment that may reveal a City of Rulers that promote a false two-party system in order to maintain control of critical systems of governance--economic, military and political.  Nothing in this commentary will assert that the men have corporately presented such a proposal.  Nor will I contend that either party knows of the other's arguments. Former constitutional judge and host of FOX Business program, “Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano” suggested that a vast establishment conspiracy exists to perpetuate a phony two-party system that aims to quell dissent and control the outcome of elections.  At the "Conservative Black Forum", an event on Capitol Hill hosted by Rep. Allen West of Florida and Rep. Tim Scott of South Carolina, Watts, who was in the congressional leadership during the 1990s, complained that no member of the Republican National Committee was attending the event.  Their absence indicated a lack of concern, interest and contact between the party's leadership and black voters.  I believe they have tapped into a conspiracy that many a Newt Gingrich or Mitt Romney supporter feels on the inside.  A feeling that a vote for either Gingrich, Romney or President Barack Hussein Obama is merely a vote to perpetuate a stereotypical "two-party" system that provides no real checks and balances over an encroaching central federal government and purposely allocated various groups to the whims of electorate cartels.  Literally, the Progressive Politics of US Governance since the Civil War has left a Nation and a race of people adrift in modern power politics.   Lord John Emerich Edward Dalberg-Acton, in antithesis to the First Vatican Council's declaration of the doctrine of papal infallibility, wrote:

Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority, still more when you superadd the tendency or the certainty of corruption by authority. There is no worse heresy than that the office sanctifies the holder of it.

If a system of electoral politics and an entire race of people have been socially engineered to parlay all power to an elect elite that govern from a single governing district then, it may well be a concern of the citizenry to be identified as an "enemy of the state".  Should Americans be concerned about their President's Adversary List?  President Obama's signature upon the National Defense Authorization Act should cause great pause for all Americans and especially, conservatives identified in various liberal demographic groups.

     As an urban conservative steeped in the heritage of Washington politics, I feel it essential to absolve myself of the diagnosis of paranoia before I continue.  I assure you that I am not one of those quote-end quote guys clicking computer keys in his mother's basement and planning for the imminent end of all existence.  However, I have great enthusiasm for disclosing the truth and revealing the ingredients of subsidiary facts relevant.  One of the sexiest and most persistently sought media conquests is an investigation that reveals the roots of a conspiracy.  Over the weekend, my boys at Wyoming Tyranny Response Team turned me on to the Conspiracy Examiner.  The publisher purports that it "offers invaluable information that will ultimately give you the ability to break away from the mind entrapment of ultra elite/tax funded western establishment media and its advanced scientific societal manipulation tools and techniques."   The Latin etymology [L. conspirationem (nom. conspiratio)] speaks to  "agreement, union, unanimity".  However, these are often done in the dark.  When light is shone, the guilty often begin a hard core campaign to cover-up the effort.  The National Defense Authorization Act signing and the absence of the GOP at the Conservative Black Forum may lend to the ultimate conspiracy:  monarch loving socialists having established a governing bureaucracy and electoral system that will supplant the tenets of the United States Constitution and overcome the free pursuits of the Radical Republicans after the Civil War.

     Humor me, if you will.  

     What is a conspiracy and why do many lust after their discovery?  We have established that such intrigue operates in filmed or hazed environs.  The American Bar Association Family Legal Guide defines a conspiracy as:

an agreement between two or more people to commit a crime followed by any activity to carry out the agreement. The conspiracy itself is a separate crime. Therefore, the prosecutor can bring charges of conspiracy even if you did not complete the crime you intended to commit. Because conspiracy charges carry separate penalties, you can be convicted of both conspiracy and a crime that you or your fellow conspirators accomplished during the conspiracy (the "substantive" count). If you are convicted of both the crime and the conspiracy to commit the crime, then you will receive a sentence that covers both convictions.

Such scheming requires the identification of a victim and a culprit, either individual or group.  This is where the elements of agreement, unity and unanimity are borne.  Culprits seeking the shared outcome, actual or promised, and possessions, symbolic or literal, held or desired by others coalesce with their victims.  The wolves dress themselves in lamb's wool.  What is worse, the lambs, merely for the privilege of acceptance and approval, do all that they can to woo the unkempt wolves to their side.  Some of the lambs agree to offer those that their "leaders" deem "weakest or most unwanted" brethren as an appeasement offering and a symbolic warning to the brood that the elite few have the power to ostracize the many for "the best interest" of the lambs.  Imagine if within a group, there are leaders that have the power, authority and skill to protect a deviant political philosophy by wrapping it in an "absolute" sub-cultural device that is beyond the scope of change by the individual.  The Progressive Era has produced such a debilitating social, political and economic pursuit--the Democrat Party--that allows a soviet to rule a people with fear, intimidation and propaganda.  Through Jim Crow, the crime of disenfranchisement was executed by a politically sanctioned domestic terrorist organization, the KKK.  Since the Presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the Democrat Party has run the guns of governmental terrorism to the "bullies of bureaucracy" and "poverty pimps" in the Black community.  This conspiracy has created a virtual plantation in which the masters of destruction have elevated overseers to destroy a Republic for the sake of vengeful envy and Utopian pursuits.  J C Watts brings to light that there are some in the GOP Establishment, by means of silence and inactivity, that facilitate the utter destruction of a people.  The absence of the GOP at the Black Conservative Forum hosted on Capital Hill by Congressmen Allen West and Tim Scott validated the concerns of many whom have pledged loyalty to a personality or a party rather than to principles of liberation.  Liberation is disruptive, noisy and messy as light illuminates the error of past ways and the nebulous designs of ambitious strategies.  Silence is emitted only outside of the vacuum of conspiracy by those that witness its impending assault upon its victims.  While prudent for some to remain silent out of self-preservation, it empowers the culprits and consents to the execution of false judgement upon its victims.

     You speak conspiracy Ken but, what does this have to do with Obama?  Every man desires to wrap his passions towards a cause into the symbolic presence of a human being.  Exposed to the corruption of the lie and unwilling to detach himself from its fury, he meshes his false beliefs and ideals into the form of a messenger that appeals to the victim.  The messenger curries the favor of the oppressor by exciting the masses that self-identify with the external provocations of voice and appearance.  Only these things have any relevance to the mob.  Only these things that can be seen have any real and wholesome value to those that feel they have been ordained since the beginnings of time to bear the chains of addiction, caste, class and poverty.  For those that identify with victimization, the fear of life without the comforts and assurances of a greater man or state prevails in every fiber of their culture.  I assert that culture is composed of the individual, the family, the government, the economy and the religion.  When a person feels that they are powerless against any and all of these, they seek out a gifted messenger that explains such complexities in the simplest terms.  The liberator contends that man is evil.  Yet, redemption is available and for those that seek Him, He will become their God and help them overcome the gods of the culture.  The emancipator is reviled by the oppressor, the oppressor's messenger  and the oppressor's followers. Yet, the messenger tends to deflect any attention to the details of his message or the specifics of the strategy.

"The White House has distanced itself from the analysis. When asked for comment on its contents, White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said, “The President is focused not on politics but rather taking the steps necessary to protect all Americans from the threat of violence and terrorism regardless of its origins. He also believes those who serve represent the best of this country, and he will continue to ensure that our veterans receive the respect and benefits they have earned.”

The emancipator becomes a threat to the sanctity of the power-holder.  As liberator, he becomes the adversary by note to those with the power to execute the tactics of the strategies and those that will validate by tomb the thoughts and sayings of the oppressor.  Every overt and covert force exercises its portion of the scheme.  Without obstruction, the emancipator is identified to all as the "enemy of the state". 

The reasons for the matching strategies speak to a central shift that has occurred in the national electorate, and the Republican Party, since the 2008 economic collapse. Economic populism—the idea that the many have been fleeced by the rich few–is no longer just a Democratic argument, which can be used to attract blue collar independents in the Midwest. It now works deep in the Republican ranks, having been first adopted by the no-bailout, Washington corruption message of the Tea Party in 2009.

The plot is so efficiently executed that even some that identify themselves with the true liberators begin to speak or replicate the devices of the oppressor's messenge.

     The President signed the National Defense Authorization Act.  Of course, this action was performed with great apprehension by the signer.

“The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it,” the president said in a statement. “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

During President George W. Bush's administration, the Taliban were our enemy.  Now, they are our friends.  So great a neighbor that we will soon play swapsies with us.  We will soon send Gitmo Resort Time Shareholders to Afghanistan to rejoin the Taliban.  Under the Bush Administration, the Muslim Brotherhood were silent foreign terrorists seeking to upset the apple carts of peace in teh Middle East.  Today, they are reasonable political plaintiffs seeking to bring peace by Arab Spring to a region that may soon be missing a nation and it ain't Iran.  However, what we have always known about this Administration is its sincere fondness of the Religious Right in America.  What we have always known about this Administration is that it has a sincere desire to respect the US Constitution at every level of governance.  Why doth this great leader protest so? 

The National Defense Authorization Act greatly expands the power and scope of the federal government to fight the War on Terror, including codifying into law the indefinite detention of terrorism suspects without trial. Under the new law the US military has the power to carry out domestic anti-terrorism operations on US soil.

Generally, it appeases merited elite that observe the decay of civilization rather than fight it with every tooth and nail of their being.  To the African American community,  the enemy of the state is anyone that enters the Democrat beehive to rescue its honey.  It is anyone that seeks to speak of family values, free markets and free enterprise at every level of culture.  It is anyone that associates the lessons of Sunday with the every day living of Monday through Saturday.  The greatest enemy is one of its own that seeks rejects the messenger and follows the Road Less Traveled. For the liberal community, the enemy of state is anyone that loves the Constitution, the Bible and their Freedom.  Just imagine if someone had the absolute power to do something about bringing those forces together to execute a conspiracy.

Political Irresponsibility: Detroit's Great American Case for Socialism

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

We will be reminded over the weekend of the Greatnes of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. His accomplishments are numerous and his influence seemingly immeasurable. The youngest to receive the Nobel. An award of great notice until recently trifled in popular recognition with the selections of Barack H. Obama (2009) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Albert Arnold (Al) Gore Jr. (2007). Maybe when Beowulf returns, we can scratch their names from the trophy case! His orations cast him amongst the world's preeminent Winston Churchill, Ronald Reagan and William Faulkner [Delivered one of the world's great speeches for his Nobel Prize. Talk about deserving what you get!]. His writings have become required reading in universities and high schools throughout the US. Dr. King was never elected or appointed to public office yet, his influence was tremendously impacted legislative leaders. His leadership gave courage to Republican Senators and Congressmen, at the time the minority party, to push through legislation overriding America's "Jim Crow" laws. They won't show this in school but, this is the outcome of the vote:

Al Sharpton claimed on his show that Democrats supported the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Doesn't seem like the Democrat Party was as influenced by Dr. King as the Republican Party. Al Sharpton won't tell ya that. Painfully, the labor entrenched public schools fail to teach history and excel in teaching revisionist history. Community organizers in the classroom have no problem miseducating children and adults on voting rights. Often, minorities are told that without the 1964 Civil Rights Act they would not be able to vote in the United States. The Patriotic teacher would take the opportunity to advise that all minority voters are protected, since Reconstruction, under the US Constitution's 14th Amendment. The union teacher--the most to lose from an educated minority populus--without shame provokes the paranoia of the student by affirming that the 1964 Act "guarantees" the right to vote and that only one Party--the Democrat--will protect that right. Irresponsible? Yes. Effective? Yes. When corraling a people is essential, one's methods are never questioned. I suppose Rev. Al has been miseducated enough to know that it was Herman Cain that first accused Blacks of being brainwashed and not Malcom X. Today's Ron Paul is yesterday's Malcolm X.


What others won't disclose is that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a rewrite of President Dwight Eisenhower's 1957 Civil Rights Act. The common denominator for each: Lyndon Baines Johnson. The 1964 Civil Rights act enforces the constitutional right to vote, confers jurisdiction upon the district courts of the United States of America to provide relief against discrimination in public accommodations, authorizes the Attorney General to institute suits to protect constitutional rights in public facilities and public education, extends the Commission on Civil Rights, prevents discrimination in federally assisted programs, establishes a Commission on Equal Employment Opportunity, and other purposes. Nowhere in this act does it give you the right to vote. The Radical Republicans in 1868 satisfied that barrier. So what of this 1957 Act? It prohibited intimidation, coercion or otherwise interfering with the rights of persons to vote for the President and members of Congress. The Attorney General of the United States "may" [sic] institute actions, including injunctions and charges of contempt of court, with fines not to exceed $1000 and six months imprisonment. There are also extensive safeguards for the rights of accused under this statute. Federal judges were permitted to hear cases related to the act with or without juries. Not being able to vote in most of the South, blacks were also excluded from juries. President Eisenhower was bitterly disappointed with the bill. He advised that he wanted a stronger and more enforceable piece of legislation, "I wanted a much stronger civil rights bill in '57 than I could get, But the Democrats . . . wouldn't let me have it." Why is the "may" so important? Three letters: LBJ. Let's explore why the Father of the Great Society supported the 1957 Act. The Senate Majority Leader advised:


"These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we've got to do something about this, we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference. For if we don't move at all, then their allies will line up against us and there'll be no way of stopping them, we'll lose the filibuster and there'll be no way of putting a brake on all sorts of wild legislation. It'll be Reconstruction all over again."


The Senate leader, Lyndon Baines Johnson, was a Democrat, and recognized that the Civil Rights bill traveling through Congress, would rent his party in two: right wing Southern senators and liberal West Coast senators. Don't worry LBJ! I think we have the picture. The real reason was ambition. LBJ knew he would run for President someday. He needed a bill that was pro-civil rights to appeal to potential allies of the Democrat Party and weakly enforceable that he may keep his Majority Leadership and maintain appearances with the strong Southern contingency. The public, at a loss of confidence, became less supportive when Eisenhower openly admitted that he did not understand parts of the bill. Score one for LBJ! By the way, who signed the 1964 Act? Eisenhower? Nixon? Kennedy? Nah, it was the uppity Negroes best friend: LBJ.

I must applaud the Democrat Party. They are so wise. More than 400 state laws, constitutional amendments, and city ordinances legalizing segregation and discrimination were passed in the United States between 1865 and 1967. Western states routinely passed discriminatory legislation against Asians and Native Americans, passing 51 Jim Crow laws, 12 percent of the nation's total. Outside the South, California passed more Jim Crow laws (17) than any other state in the country. Jim Crow induced Blacks to leave the South for The Warmth of Other Suns. In 1910, the African-American population of Detroit was 6,000. The Great Migration, and immigration from eastern and southern Europe, turned the city into the country's fourth-largest. By the start of the Great Depression in 1929, its African-American population had climbed to 120,000. More than six (6) million Blacks left the South. The economic tragedy is simple to relate. By 1910, it is estimated that Blacks owned fifteen (15) million acres of land in the South. Modern African-American rural landowners possess a total of approximately 7.7 million acres of land, less than 1% of all privately owned rural land in the United States, valued at $14 Billion dollars. Think about how much wealth and inheritance was lost thanks to the Jim Crow Economy. How's that Union job at Hostess working for ya? Through intimidation and later, dependency, the Democrat Party convinced 90% of Black America that a single political party could protect them from "the evil doings" of the Radical Republicans, the greed of corporations and their shareholders and the "ever enduring" stigma of slavery. I can hear the Jim Crow Dems speaking, "Listen, we aren't talking about race but I know the Republicans brought it up and they don't want to apologize. They were always against you."


The term Jim Crow is believed to have originated around 1830 when a white, minstrel show performer, Thomas "Daddy" Rice, blackened his face with charcoal paste or burnt cork and danced a ridiculous jig while singing the lyrics to the song, "Jump Jim Crow." Theologian Howard Thurman described "Jim Crow" laws in this manner to his daughters:


"The measure of a man's estimate of your strength is the kind of weapons he feels that he must use in order to hold you fast in a prescribed place."


You see the Dems were just having a little fun expressing how different whites were from blacks. Yeah, the DEMs pulled out some other stereotypes to keep the party going with sleight of hand "You see, wese gonna shows you what the Republicans be thinking about you really!" Ever building the case for a second class status in the Republican Party composed of a racially disdaining group of elitists, the DEMs pulled out all of the stops by adding some characters from their psychological warfare cabinet: Sambos, Coons, and Zip Dandies. By the way, Black conservative, when were you last called one of these names by your smitten and irate Democrat brethren? Yes, even Dr. King suffered such expresson from Black leaders of his day. All in fun of course!


Dr. King was an ordinary man who made extraordinary decisions that produced exceptional results. While we rage in battle over the fact that Dr.King was a registered Republican, he no doubt felt an allegiance towards the Democrat Party. Author Stephen Oates, Let the Trumpet Sound: A Life of Martin Luther King, Jr, wrote, "I feel someone must remain in the position of non-alignment, so that he can look objectively at both parties and be the conscience of both—not the servant or master of either." However, his body may have been in the Republican Party with his father, Martin L. King, Sr. but his mind was on the Democrat Party. Dr. King, Jr. always made it clear that he was not Dr. King, Sr. In part, Sr. King agreed with the elders of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference that it was ok for Jr. King to be a national or even regional leader. However, the black clergymen agreed that he needed to stay out of "Atlanta's business". Let me be the first to report to you that Men of the Cloth are still men. They were jealous and cautious of Dr. King's popularity and influence. Jr. King referred to them as an "envious old guard". They did not want him changing things in Atlanta proper. In an attempt to quell the massess, the established Negro Leadership, I'll refer to them as Atlanta's Talented Tenth a la W.E.B. DuBois, had an agreement with the established white leadership, including Mayor William Hartsfield and Police Chief Herbert Jenkins. The agreed with a gradual and peaceful process of desegregation in the BIG ATL. Each group agreed that Jr. King was a threat and decided to keep him out. This propelled King Jr. to search for a "liberal" white brother in the battle to put down the pretentiousness of political correctness and execute moral leadership. He saw that in John F. Kennedy.


Given past baggage in former Vice-President Richard Nixon's and Senator Kennedy's background, he saw the latter as a better Presidential choice. He went as far to say that he planned on endorsing him in 1964. It would have been the first time that King, Jr. had endorsed a candidate. The affinity and adoration the two had in public discourse is questioned in the Presidential actions of Kennedy. According to the National Black Republican Association, Kennedy, lauded as a proponent of civil rights, voted against the 1957 Civil rights Act while he was a senator, as did Democrat Senator Al Gore, Sr. He was opposed to the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. King that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph who was a black Republican. President Kennedy, in order to undermine Dr. King, through his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy, had the civil rights leader wiretapped and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a Communist. Clayborn Carson et al, The Papers of Martin Luther King, Jr: Symbol of the Movement, January 1957 – December, 1958, captured the thinking of many modern conservatives, especially Black, that call themselves Independents, with this quote from Dr. King, Jr.:


Actually, the Negro has been betrayed by both the Republican and the Democratic party. The Democrats have betrayed him by capitulating to the whims and caprices of the Southern Dixiecrats. The Republicans have betrayed him by capitulating to the blatant hypocrisy of reactionary right wing northern Republicans. And this coalition of southern Dixiecrats and right wing reactionary northern Republicans defeats every bill and every move towards liberal legislation in the area of civil rights.


He, like many of his day, had given up on the Party of Lincoln and surrendered to the Party of Jefferson Davis to promote and produce results born of universal truths. The road well traveled may have produced the catalysts needed for victory. However, is it the change of promise idealed by Frederick Douglas and Booker T. Washington? Or have we produced the field of dreams envisioned by Karl Marx, WEB Dubois and lawyer, revolutionary politician Vladimir Lenin? You thought I was going to say Barack Obama didn't you? Dr. King felt the pangs of success and failure within and without his race. He felt the tremors of success from within and from without his political party. Considering the icon requires an earthened look at his influnces and what has come to pass for the sake of America. .


Many of our bretheren have been duped and made afraid to exit false modern movements because of their duplicity of thought. Dr. King was already a leader of a multi-racial, American populist cultural movement that sought vindication and legislative remedy for the racial injustices of society. Movement leaders that coerced Dr. King to attend the 1963 March on Washington needed him more than Dr, King needed them. They were a school of American liberalists seeking approval and a means of fully infiltrating the Black community. American liberalists composed of unions attempting to cover years of discrimination with a zealous oureach to Black workers, left organizations and alternative lifestyle proponents needed an icon to hitch their wagon. Fashioned by radical thinkers like Sol Alinsky, the organizations sought validity, acceptance and empowerment from a traditionally conservative yet abused community. Each had their own agenda but could mask their threats in the universal suffrage of Black Americans. I can imagine people sitting in a dark, musty room smoking cigars and agreeing to support one another because each has what the other needs.


"Yeah, I was born this way like you were born Black. Gay Rights is the same as Voting Rights!"


"A Living Wage. Listen, all you are missing is a piece of the government. Help me get the living wage and I will help you with affirmative action."


"You know your people, eh excuse me, I meant, "Our people" are struggling with the church stopping women from controlling their bodies. You help with abortion rights, eh I mean Women's Rights then, we'll be down with the cause."


What did we receive in return: Detroit and other modern urban metrolpolitans! Some alliances prove more unsightly than the treasures of the cause pursued.


Detroit is a Socialist city teetering on the edge of cultural bankruptcy. "So what does this have to do with Dr. King, Ken!? You know I am already mad at you for not bowing down and worshipping at the image of the Great Civil Rights Leader." Firstly, we have enough rock remaining to build a statue for Booker T. Washington, Harriett Tubman and Malcolm X. Secondly, you don't spit in te wind and you don't ask the Communist Chineese government to build a statue of Dr. King. Amazing what American Union Labor won't volunteer to do! Finally, it's sited near the FDR statue (All Blacks love FDR!) and is facing the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial. Who was in charge of putting this plan together? I



digress. While he preached of a colorless society, his leanings towards liberality secured a sense amongst the Black electorate that vigilante politics was an acceptable framework of voting. Vigilante politics is composed of three principles: (1) racial preference; (2) party preference and (3) economic preference. Personal Responsibility is one the most laudable tenets of conservatism. The term personal, at least in its Old French origins, yields no wiggle room for the faint at heart. During the 14th century, the term meant "pertaining to self". The German playwright Johann Wolfgang von Goethe advised, “Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and then the whole world will be clean." This is not the case in liberal politics. Vigilant electors feel the need to elect not "from their own" but "from their own kind". Hence, while affirmative action is sought in employment and contracting, it is frowned upon in elections. If a white man that shares your belief and possesses the skillset to govern is running against a black man that shares your belief and lacks the skillset to govern then, you choose the latter rather than the first. Your budget may suffer and mandates made law but "at least he's got my best interest at heart." The second is party preference. It does not matter! There is only one party that understands what I've been through so I must choose that one. Principles are unimportant, only Party really matters. Last, economic preference. When given the choice of supply side and demand side, always choose demand side economics. To the vigilant electorate, there will never be enough goods because a few people that produce them are hoarding them. We need our stuff and we need it now. When I am unable to be satisfied, I believe that the goods maker should be punished. Raise his taxes. Create rules that will slow-up his success. Since I am so poor and weak, I will demand that the government act as my agent and force the producers to meet my need. That'll show'em!


For urban America, vigilante politics has ruined budgets, economic growth and taken liberties from families and individuals. A Great Case for this is Detroit. I will succinctly consider each of the Vigilante points in establishing the failure of such governments. Mayor Dave Bing, Democrat, had advised his popolus in December 2011 that the city was experiencing some spending pressures but nothing they could not handle. After an audit, the city was only in the red by $67 million . By January 2012, there are concerns that the city may not be able to meet May 2012 payroll. Who's responsible? Detroit governs by way of a strong mayoral system. All tickets are punched by the Big Cheese in the leather chair. However the budget is approved by the city council. Let's get over points one and two at once. The council is all black and all are Democrats. Apparently, there are no other races living in Detroit and certainly, no Detroit City Republican Party exists. Point three: economic preference. You would hope in a tremendous area of trade and factory production that many members of your city council would understand and promote supply side economics where possible. You would hope there is no dependency on government at all with its ports and huge involvement in domestic and foreign trade. Tcha, you know what? No! Mind you, Motor City councilmembers are compensated at $73,000 per annum. Our first guest on Vigilante Elections: Charles Pugh. Elected President becomes he received the most votes, what a qualifier, Pugh was a television journalist and radio personality. All the signs of a fiscal policy hawk. The electorate chose him despite a late campaign controversy when he acknowledged that he was struggling financially and his $385,000 condominiium was in foreclosure. I understand, things happen. Guest two: Gary Brown, former Deputy Police Chief. Public Safety. Great! Financial Strength: Part of a $8.4 million whistle blower's suit against Detroit. He won. It gets better! Guest three: Saunteel Jenkins. Foreclosure. Jenkins owed $167,000 on her mortgage and decided to walk away. Three years salary and it's paid off. Guest four: Kenneth Cockriel, Jr. Former Wayne County Commissioner. He must now how to manage a budget. Well, he is also the son of a self-proclaimed Marxist-Leninist! Well Ken, apples do fall from trees! Yeah, but this one bounced back! He served on the committee that awarded Van Jones "The Maurice Sugar Voice for Justice Award" for "Human Rights Activists and Green jobs Advocate". Yeah, that Van Jones!


There must be someoone on the Council will management experience taht will lend itself to a supply side economy with limited government. The good people of Detroit must be crying out for smaller government and lower taxes especially after all of the pain of GM and Chrysler being bought out by Obama Motors. Guest five: Brenda B. Jones. She's the former President of Communications Workers of America. Member of the NAACP and the Michigan Coalition for Human Rights. She can certainly recognize a special interest. She also served on the committee that awarded Van Jones"The Maurice Sugar Voice for Justice Award" for "Human Rights Activists and Green jobs Advocate". Yeah, that Van Jones! Guest six: Andre Spivey. A Morehouse Man. Like Dr. King. He did not serve on the Van Jones Committee. However, Ponsella Hardaway did. Why does this matter? Hardaway is the Executive Director of MOSES. Spivey sits on the Board of MOSES. It is the Metropolitan Organizing Strategy Enabling Strength and its purpose is to act on issues that have a systemic impact on the quality of life in the community and social justice. They believe in the Equitable allocation and distribution of public funds. MOSES, not the one played by Charleston Heston, is affiliated with Gamaliel Foundation. Barack Obama was trained by the Sol Alinsky-founded Gamaliel Foundation. This is the Foundation that is fighting against Wisconsin legislation that would make it illegal to pay a person to sign a petition. Wow, a Christian organization fighting for Voter Fraud. No collection here! This church is paying! Guest seven: James Tate. his campaign material made it very plain: PRO-UNION! He understands teh importance of unions. Guest eight: Councilman Kwame Kenyatta faced foreclosure and walked away in 2008. He had more important things to do like meet with Venezuela's envoy to the United States, Ambassador Bernado Alvarez Herrera. He was joined by JoAnn Watson (she will be our last guest), Brenda Jones, Kwame Kenyatta, Martha Reeves and Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to discuss how to expand his country's programs that help the poor. By the end of the evening, the Detroit councilmembers had convinced the Ambassador that they were the needy ones. The Ambassador announced a new program to extend the free eye surgery begun by Cuba to the US Midwest. O goody, have a pop and a smile! The Cubans with the help of the Venezueleans are bringin their health program to our shores. It's probably covered under ObamaCare! Who else was in attendance to celebrate the outpouring of help from one socialist nation to a socialist city? Howabout the International Action Center (IAC). Per the website: "The IAC strives to draw from the leadership, connect the struggles, and bring together communities of color, women, lesbian, gay, bi and trans people, youth and students, immigrant and workers' organizations in order build a progressive movement for social justice and change. Ultimately it is our goal to work towards the liberation and freedom of all peoples living in the U.S. and around the world. IAC defines itself as an "anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist" organization." Just what the motor city needs, a people committed to shutting it down. Not finished! Howabout Latinos Unidos / United de Michigan (LUUM)? While their site is no longer operative, it was once reported that their goal was "to inform about the inhumane raids, home intrusions, racial profiling and other atrocities perpetuated by the Federal Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (FBICE) upon our immigrant communities in Michigan and throughout the US". Maybe that is why Detroit is a sanctuary city. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.


Detroit has got to be the exception to the rule. There has to be someone on the Council that understands that liberal good intentions inflate costs and expenses for a city. Michigan's preliminary review found that the city had failed to adjust annual budgets in the face of declining revenues and/or increased expenditures, has recurring fund deficits of more than $100 million and failed to file an adequate or approved Deficit Elimination Plan. The state says the city has budgetary shortfalls that could lead to a negative cash balance as early as April, 2012.There must be someone that understands the kinetic framework of free markets and seeks only the best for small businesses America's wealth creation machine. Uh Uh! Our final guest: Jo Ann Watson. The Michigan activist is an unrepentant socialist. She has sponsored more than 1,000 bills. Her bonafides include serving as Executive Director of the Detroit NAACP, Public Policy Liaison for Congressman John Conyers and Co-Founder of the Coalition for Health care Equity. She presented her book Reparations to Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama. She is sponsoring two Detroiters to study Medicine in Cuba and then, return to provide care to the City. She has a relationship with the Pro Cuban/North Korean Workers World Party. From June 14-17 2009, the Moratorium NOW!-initiated People's Summit was held at Grand Circus Park, Detroit, MI. A "tent city" was built at the location, and protesters camped there for four days of "Active Resistance, Political Discussion and Strategizing for a “People's Stimulus Plans” and an “Economic Bill of Rights” for Working People and the Poor." Moratorium NOW! is a Workers World Party-front organization. Do you really believe that these vigilante politicians have the citizens best interests in mind. I doubt it sincerely.


The Civil Rights Movement and the Dr. King icon are inseparable. How we see him will be based on which cultural philosophy we subscribe. If a modern American liberal (socialist, Marxist, communist, etc.) then, you will refer to his commitment to Theodore Roosevelt's preference for human welfare over property rights, Woodrow Wilson's call for limited government through government expansion and federal control, Franklin Roosevelt's Second Bill of Rights, John Kennedy's dreams of eradicating the human condition through government welfare and Lyndon Baines Johnson's welfare and bust legislated programs. Union leaders and race-baiting community organizers will point to his convictions on voting rights, gay rights, abortion rights and government entitlement. If a conservative, like his neice Alveda King, you wonder how the liberals were able to high jack the symbolism of universal, unalienable rights granted every man by his Creator from the iconic speaker. You can not recognize such a liberal Dr. King from all of the made for TV movies! You refer to his dire need for a multi-racial approach to harmonizing protests of injustice even as his bretheren lose faith in his "human race" concept. He expounded upon American values to include the vision of a color blind society in his 1963 speech "I have a Dream". His inspiration for one of the most beloved speeches in human history: Archibald Carey, Jr.'s address to the 1952 Republican National Convention and Prathia Hall's speech at the site of a burned-down church in Terrell County, Georgia in September 1962. We will be reminded that he was a great civil rights leader as evidenced by his efforts on the 1965 Montgomery Bus Boycot. The transit boycott of National City Lines, owned by General Motors, Standard Oil of California, Firestone and others is endeared by union leaders and race organizers as a political and social victory. As a conservative that appreciates the beauty of free markets, I recognize the brilliance of the financial starvation of a major corporation that monopolized city services due to a local government's decision to pick a winner. It really goes to show that the greatest threat of the Movement was not political or social but economics. Bet your child won't hear that in history class!


Nearly fifty years after his death, Dr. King is an enigma to many who only know the broad strokes of his life.. Doesn't the Poor People's Campaign of 1968 reveal flashes of Occupy Wall Street brilliance. Weary from his shunning by radical blacks, leftists community organizers and egalitarian sympathizers, he attempted to broach the immorality of war appropriations and Jim Crow segregation with federal government intervention. His frustration with an America that was not reacting quickly enough to a crisis led him to trust a political and economic philosophy that would not offer the Utopia sought or preferred. Dare say, maybe it was the only one available as literary critic Lionel Trilling once asserted.


In the United States at this time Liberalism is not only the dominant but even the sole intellectual tradition. For it is the plain fact that nowadays there are no conservative or reactionary ideas in general circulation. This does not mean, of course, that there is no impulse to conservatism or to reaction. Such impulses are certainly very strong, perhaps even stronger than most of us know. But the conservative impulse and the reactionary impulse do not, with some isolated and some ecclesiastical exceptions, express themselves in ideas but only in action or in irritable mental gestures which seek to resemble ideas.


Resist the impulse. Isn't this a tenet of non-violence? There were those that used his gift and his grace to increase in the daily lives of Americans prescribed general welfare and subsidy. A southern gentleman and scholar, grounded in the radical conservatism of his heritage and yet transformed in his "weary years" to a liberal icon without much clout amongst those that shaped his very image. In the end, American liberalism co-opted the Civil Rights Movement, the Black Economic Power Movement and our Political Aspirants. It also failed its greatest Peace icon.

There are two tactics of the Left that boil vile bitterness in my spirit. The two are blame and ignorance. Each tactic has been used by the cherished educated elite of the national rebels against tradition and reason and the urban dwellers that have used these tactics to craft a seemingly eternal defiance of wealth creation and liberty. Ignorance has its origin in the Latin ignorare meaning "not to know, to be unacquainted; mistake, misunderstand; take no notice of, pay no attention to". It is the go to statement of every politician that has ever been given the privilege of serving the least, the last and the lost. Despite years of warring against poverty, we did not know [ignorant] that doing so would destroy families, increase dependence and destroy the fabric of entrepreneurialism in urban America. We did not know that encouraging children in public school settings to practice “safe sex” would defile the purposes and outcomes of public education, increase the risks of out of wedlock sex and introduce urban America to a long term commitment of funding less than successful community projects whose noble intention is to secede powers and responsibilities from parents and ministers to the State. Urban Republicans, seeking to be next in putting their hands on the taxpayer’s till, convey the Gospel of Good Will Approach to governance in the 22nd Century. You wanna hear it, hear it goes. “We need to be a more inclusive party and stop legislating social issues”. Yeah, that’s fine and dandy except, much of today’s legislation is appropriations for social programming that if one taught and enforced principled governance would reduce the strictures of poverty by the assault of the free market and free enterprise rather than by increased government spending and poor government results.

The next tactic used by the Left to preserve a plantation of victim hawks and tax revenue dependents—individual and corporate—is the introduction of blame. Defind as “assigning the responsibility for something bad to (someone or something)”, it cannot be applied willy-nilly. It must be used only on the uncompassionate. The Blameless--innocent of wrongdoing—are always those that pur sue racial harmony by asserting that “the white man” is the only culpit of economic disharmony, always convey that Christianity is okay two (2) hours out of the week or when a politician is seeking re-election for a place to convey that Jesus knows that I care but, it is the bane of existence otherwise and always understands that the “poor” are any persons that feel that they are and that someone else must satisfy their wants and desires. For these, only those that are deemed uncaring are to be blamed. For those that believe Free Speech is not a civil right, the Left has no quandary with assigning “blame” to them for the most outlandish ideas or concepts. Those knighted as “uncaring” knaves of bigotry and hatred are generally those that believe the free market would optimally work with limited governmental intervention and free enterprise would regulate itself for the maximum pursuit of profit and create more than enough ownership and employment opportunities through innovation and investment. President Barack Obama said he had a phone and a pen. He can thank the private industry for producing these items and the employment necessary to provide the tax revenue he needed to create how many Green jobs? Global cooling, Global warming, climate change, weather reports, etc. are all facts. Accept that it is man that causes the seas to rise and the sun to set. A one percent drop in the gross domestic product does not an economy make especially when Americans have so much money that can be seized through higher taxes and fees. However, with the shield of ignorance and sword of blame, the Left, except the elite leadeship, have prevailed upon the urban dweller to support appropriations, legislation and public policies that encourage poverty and unrest and deny prosperity and safety.

Before leaving Facebook for Eternity--as I refuse to be censored, treated like a child and then, encouraged to keep promoting facsism for the sake of sharing pictures with only a select group of family and friends, I was broached by one marketplace idea and one marketplace question. The idea was to encourage DC citizens to build recreation centers to keep “poor” children off the streets and out of trouble. The marketplace question was “what three issues most concern you as a DC voter”? Each of these came from “Civil Rights” Republicans that promote and support Councilmember Muriel Bowser's Campaign to become the Nation Capital's next Mayor. Amazing that Republicans in DC do all that they can to support Democrats rather than build their own brand. I suppose if the chosen brood of “Civl Rights” Republicans were to develop a platform, it would firmly support the socio-poli-economic policies of the Democrats.

Yes, let us consider the marketplace idea. One more recreation center is what “poor” children need to saisfy their overall cultural needs. The most impoverished areas of Washington, DC are populated by Blacks. In lieu of employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, we must entertain the poor in the stoic condition of lack. Apparently, the public is responsible for congregating young people in a facility where they can enjoy themselves and relax from the strains of not learning very well in school, not using the public libraries to improve their educational outcomes and not using the variant athletic fields available to reduce childhood obesity. I believed that the facility of choice for providing such pleasure was the home. Yes, poor children, according to our noble intended community organizers, need another center to play midnight basketball in. Let us consider the Black experience under President Barack Obama.

    1. 27 percent of black Americans now live in poverty, a two percent increase since 2009. 

    2. According to last month’s Bureau of Labor Statistics report, the unemployment rate for black Americans now stands at a staggering 14.1 percent, a figure well above the already high national unemployment rate of 8.3 percent.

    3. White Americans now have 22 times more wealth than black Americans, a figure that has nearly doubled during the recession. According to the Census, in 2010, media household net worth for whites totaled $110,729. For blacks, the figure was $4,995.

    4. From June 2009 to June 2012, real median annual household income for blacks fell 11.1 percent from $36,567 down to $32,498. The drop for whites was 5.2 percent and 4.1 percent for Hispanics.

    5. According to the Census, 26.4 percent of households who report receiving food stamp assistance are African American, despite the fact that black Americans constitute just 13 percent of the total population.

    6. A study by the AARP found that home foreclosure rates for African American borrowers over the age of 50 were almost double those of whites.

    7. High school graduation rates, which strongly influence income and job hiring, continue to vary widely by race. A recent study found the following on-time high school graduation rates: 91.8 percent of Asian students, 82 percent of whites, 65.9 percent of Hispanic students, and 63.5 percent of African American students.

The District of Columbia has done wonders in offering recreation facilities and services in many of the most economically isolated areas. There are twenty-four (24) recreation centers in the impoverished East of the River communities. The unemployment rates of Wards 7, 14.4%, and Ward 8, 21.6%, does not reveal a critical need for play but a sincere need for labor and economic activity. A recreation center will not drive substantive economic growth as much as it will appease do-gooders and muster the intended result: Democrats care and get re-elected.

Most ask why is there so much construction, business and housing development West of the Anacostia River versus East of the said river. The answer for the economic sparseness in Urban America is a simple as ATM. Jesus made it very simple even for those that manipulate the complex, “Where your treasure is, there is your heart”. Banks have as their primary role to take in funds—called deposits—from those with money, pool them and lend them to those who need funds. In the interest of making interest, financial institutions lend money to those that seek to purchase large ticket items, construct buildings and expand businesses. Micro-enterprise development is made easier because of the pooling of resources whether private or public. Those that lack are resourced and their repayments provide interest for depositers and profit for banks and shareholders. Who needs funds more than those that lack? Kathryn Wright writes,

“A bank as a matter of fact is just like a heart in the economic structure and the Capital provided by it is like blood in it. As long as blood is in circulation the organs will remain sound and healthy. If the blood is not supplied to any organ then that part would become useless, so if the finance is not provided to Agricultural sector or industrial sector, it will be destroyed. Loan facility provided by banks works as an incentive to the producer to increase the production.”

The lack of banking activity in Urban America and expressly, the District of Columbia's impoverished Wards, contributes greatly to the entrenched poverty that a recreation center can not solve. According to Dr. Brooks Robinson, economist and director of, black banks are critical to creating loans for black businesses. "Black-owned banks in black communities can even draw the traditionally unbanked poor into the formal economy," Dr. Robinson states. "And [they can] push egregiously exploitative pay-day and check-cashing operations out of business." You won't hear that from the Noble Democrat because its adverse consul. There is no government program involved. You can use your money to get out of poverty. But Ken, you are not the most brilliant man, how did you come up with this? In politics, they told me, “Watch the money”. In education, they told me “Watch the money”. In church, they told me, “Watch the money”. How is it that we don't watch the money in our community? In DC, there are seventy-eight (78) credit unions. However, there are only three (3) that are East of the River. There are twenty-seven (27) banks with a financial footprint in Washington, DC. Only four (4) have stepped over the line of demarcation into the East of the River community. There are two hundred forty-one (241) bank branches in the Nation's Capital. Only nine (9) in the impoverished communities of DC. In addition, Bank of America has closed its South Capitol Street SW branch and moved its financial services to an ATM in Eastover Shopping Center in Prince George's County, Maryland. So what's in your wallet East of the River. Bringing your money home lessens your dependence on government which lessens your taxes and then, lessens the involvement of bureaucrats in your daily lives. Dr. Brooks Robinson, Bank Creation: A Key to Black Economic Development, writes, “...every major city in American with sizeable Black populations should have one or more Black banks. Unfortunately, this is not the case. According to a March 2010 Federal Reserve Board report, there are only 30 Black-owned banks in the U.S.—one for every 1.3 million Blacks”. Imagine if 1% of those 1.3 million would open a $100 savings account and add their payroll or retirement payments in a East of the River federal credit union as religiously as they do a bank on the other side of town? Better schools, affordable houses, more small businesses and greater prosperity will not come with our desires on this side of town but only when our dollars are on the other side of town. Build more banks and private citizens will build more recreation centers known as gyms or yoga therapy facilities!

What draws my greatest zeal is the number of wanabe “conservative” revolutionaries that pride themselves not on finding free-market, free-enterprise alternatives to governmental intrusion into the lives of urban dwellers but seek to rearrange the chairs on the corrupted deck of the Titanic so that public funds from overburdened taxpayers can better be used to make businesses hire “returning citizens”, raise business costs by creating a “livable” wage, build recreation centers to keep social and economic threats off of the street and make homes more affordable through state subsidy rather than private employ. In spite of the deplorable economic and political outcomes of Detroit, Michigan and inner city Baltimore, Maryland, there are those on both sides of the aisle that submit to the status quo waltz as the dance of choice. Heartily, they contend themselves experts in economic development simply by raising taxes on the newfound rich, otherwise known as the middle class and poor, and then, redistributing the enlarged treasuries to their crony capitalists’ friends and political lackeys seeking financial remedy for their campaign support hangover. Booker T. Washington, Up from Slavery, writes, “Among a large class, there seemed to be a dependence upon the government for every conceivable thing. The members of this class had little ambition to create a position for themselves, but wanted the federal officials to create one for them. How many times I wished then and have often wished since, that by some power of magic, I might remove the great bulk of these people into the country districts and plant them upon the soil – upon the solid and never deceptive foundation of Mother Nature, where all nations and races that have ever succeeded have gotten their start – a start that at first may be slow and toilsome, but one that nevertheless is real.” There are some men and women that come in the name of Reagan yet, propose the political and economic pursuits of Obama. True conservative revolutionaries seek to change the purpose of the guardians and what they guard. This brings me finally to the marketplace question. The three things that any new mayor should focus on are these: finding as many private, free market answers to today's problems as possible, lessening DC's socialists interests in the everyday lives of citizens and protecting the Bill of Rights rather than inducing the United Nation's Human Rights on us. We will not be freer or more prosperous until many in power and many in pursuit of replacing them for the sake of power itself seek to build wealth creation machines rather than redistributing the wealth of others for building luxury recreation machines. You have a choice this day: Socialism or Conservatism. Choose Conservatism.

The Pursuit of a Just Society
in the District of Columbia

There are a litany of areas that one must consider before launching into the depths of reformation. One is to recognize to whom much is given. The other is to acknowledge to them much is required. When that is defined fully, it is the resolve of the pursuer to identify the characteristics of what is just, applying the whole denotations without the biases of connotations. Identifying what is just in a society or culture allows men to separate out the injustices of their desires and outline the essentials of their needs. Examining our folly allows us to stand upon reason and advance our wisest virtues. The District of Columbia, eternally assigned the honor of a federal city, is not a just city. After years of renewal, DC continues to return to the place where brokenness is repaired by breach and humility is assailed by vain noble intentions. We are at a place where only significant reform will save us from the ever-encroaching fear that our citizens have lost faith in their power to rightly govern themselves and that an unrelenting few seek to bind the many to the chains of tyranny and angst.

Throughout Western culture, mankind has exulted in reformation over the ills of misjudgement. Reformation is visible in the annals of history in all of the branches of culture–the individual and the family, the economy, the educational system, the government and the Faithful. Reformation is a process or action that is necessary to change, with the intent to improve a system, practice or institution. It is the humblest and most sincere acknowledgment of the imperfection of mankind and the illumination of God as Creator, Sovereign and Wise Counsul. It is an acceptance that our efforts have not garnered the most productive outcomes. It is a revelation that the process has an irreparable error. It is the full throated pronouncement that we are not willing to repeat misfortuned mistakes, but instead to build correctly on the foundational principles of what is morally right and equitable for all. Reformation is not an effortless or leisurely repentance. It requires that we eliminate that which we have emotionally truthed and journey onward to that which is reasonable truth. Each man has been given a responsibility to execute dominion over His creation whether we believe that He exist or not. As such, it would be unwise for men to seek that which is fair over that which is just. In an archaic expression, fairness is often beautiful, attractive and appealing to the eye and ear. Yet, its fruits are often only false words, speeches or promises.

Admitting that God is no longer equitable, men of Faith willingly open their storehouses, not given or made by men, to the wolves of the State, using the standards and laws of the fallen, to ravage those with itching ears. Modern day money-changers, their hearts have been taken by the dogma of men rather than subjugated to the doctrine of Faith. It is His will that the just shall rule. Not subject to the vanities of men but the freedom with which every man was conceived. Even the Scriptures confess that the “just shall live by Faith.” Who are the just? They are those that subscribe to a moral order, a natural Bill of Rights and a system that does not balance by tipping the scales. Fairness feeds a man for merely a day. Justice assures that a man may feed himself eternally in spite of his condition or circumstance. Fairness requires a civil right from men. Justice is the awareness that every man is subject to the Natural Laws of God.

The District of Columbia is a more fair city than it is just. Its many standards and laws are built on the foundations of wealth redistribution, reparations, racial disharmony, cronyism and nepotism. Exploring each and every area will be difficult in this short respite. However, there are three areas that I believe should be sincerely reformed in the DC culture that we might begin a journey to a more just society. They are the individual and family, education and economics.

The Individual and Family

The first and most powerful request for a just DC is to get the State out of the homes of Washington. Government’s purpose is to protect the rights of individuals and families, not to produce their poverty. The whole idea of social experimentation programs being sold to the community is that political leaders are showing serious attention or consideration to doing something to improve the lives of their constituency, but they are actually doing is attempting to provide what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of the individual and family. This circumvents the role of the parent and makes individuals and families children of the State. While citizens in the District are more acquainted with the Second Bill of Rights than the First, they should well know that the first takes precedence.

The Father is absent from the home in the District of Columbia. Designed by social experimenters by government decree, our system penalizes families and induces women to select homes undergirded by bureaucrats with the fair intentions of the State, in lieu of sound, covenant homes. Even worse, men, forced apart from their natural functions and duties, are made comfortable by the State’s promise to meet the needs of women and children. The District has saddled the noble intention of temporal assistance with the spiny charms of dependence and unprofitable behavior.

In the area of social experimentation, at the federal and state levels, the government does not submit themselves to the same requirements that it seeks to impose on private employers. For example, federal employees are not subject to ACA (Affordable Care Act) requirements, the District government does not apply living wage laws to itself. The State has no problem holding businesses, individuals and families responsible, yet it fails to hold itself accountable to the laws that it creates. A staid and corrupt economy is created and many private business leave to seek less cumbersome economic risks. We must repeal and limit the expanse of these social experimentation programs that are not only unjust, but stifle wealth creation, and reduce the opportunity for many, whose circumstances and conditions relegate them to impoverished outcomes. Allowing the free market to decide initial incomes and outcomes gives individuals opportunities to gain marketable experience and thus, provide for their families.

Public housing creates an environment for generational poverty. There are families in DC who have been in public housing for 25-30 years. At inception they may have had a temporal need, but the dependence on a settled place to stay quickly desensitized them from the sacrifice required to obtain economic freedom. As a result, the whole concept of public housing reduces the opportunity for individuals to participate in home ownership. Public housing must be capped to a lifetime limit of four years.

The free market should be the champion of health care choices in the District. In order to maximize choices, it is necessary to alleviate the influence of major hospital and other large health care provider organizations on the siting of private individual providers and urgent care centers in low income communities. Literally, as it stands today, the sick have to travel all the way across the city to receive the medical attention that could save their life, not because of a lack of resources or “coverage” but because of licensing and certificates which stifle supply of medical resources in their neighborhoods. Less restrictions, and more options yield less risk and greater freedom for the individual, especially the least, the last, and the lost.


It should never come to the point that the mayor of the nation’s capital must beg the Senate Majority Leader for access to his own credit card. The reason is simple: the borrower is the slave always to the lender. And since more choices are as critical to educational outcomes as they are health outcomes, the DC should eliminate any restraints caused by Federal Government mandates on our schools. This will allow parents and teachers to be more involved in the education of their children and the State less involved in the family. We should eliminate the conversation about charters schools versus public schools. The State does not have a just reason to involve itself in the choice of a child’s school. The State should be reduced to providing children scholarships, equitably distributing equal shares of collected tax dollars to each child, to attend the school choice of their parent.


Finally, we should concern ourselves with economics, as defined by the lack of a resource that creates a need. While we have a need for economic development, it should not come at the price of corporate welfare, or the corruption of religious institutions. Specific tax breaks for certain developers and tech entrepreneurs creates an atmosphere where favoritism is the garnishment of the feast served by the State. Taxpayers become the servant and the indebted. Meanwhile, churches are being used by the State by being “awarded” non-profit status. This status exists for the purpose of picking and choosing who is able and who is not able to express their political views. By natural law and American precedent, churches have been tax-free institutions since the days of the Colonies. Those that argue for a sacred “separation of Church and State” should not use that mantra for the purpose of rewarding political allies and silencing political opponents. A call for a flat tax for individuals and businesses will provide stability for individual and corporate planning, increase profitability for businesses to avert corruption and favoritism. The tax burden should be so low that any business would want to come to DC.

The greatest crime committed against humanity is to tell a man that he cannot defend himself, his family or his business. The false hope of the State being ultimate arbiters of safety leaves all in depair and unjustly violates natural law. For years, minorities were subjected to Jim Crow laws, which forbade them ownership of a gun. In spite of our Constitution enshrining liberty to all men to defend themselves, today, citizens of the district are still bound by regulations, promulgated by pious statists, which preclude them from enjoying our inalienable rights. The highest form of racial bigotry is to convince free men that a Progressive will be there to protect them during their greatest distress. This belief ignores the reality that the State has no civil right to protect the lives of the citizens, but rather to safeguard and bolster the rights of citizens to defend themselves. For these reasons, the Second Amendment must be embraced fully, and the right and the opportunity to conceal and carry a gun in the district should not be limited.

Where there is freedom of expression, freedom of worship, and personal security, people are more able to exercise their God-given rights. The individual and its primary institution, the family, serve as the most important denominators in keeping a city safe, prosperous, and free. A more free person is willing to take greater risk to build wealth. Religious and civic associations, educational institutions, and economic producers function better when its members and contributors act as sovereign and creative forces. This allows individuals and businesses to attract investment, produce capital, create jobs and, in short, to thrive justly.

Call to Action

Real and substantive reformation requires a sacrifice of political correctness, a fundamental understanding of what it means to be free and a sincere commitment to achieving each. Before we mislead impressionable minions into statehood protests, we must first recognize that all men are free. We must champion the righteousness of personal success and economic freedom, while making sure that we do not reward political graft in the name of economic equality. We must acknowledge the realities that political power is no more noble than financial power and government is not a tool of vengeance, special favors, or redistribution of wealth. Government is a servant; the governed is the master. Any reversal of that in the name of fairness is an immoral usurpation of our rights and privileges as citizens and rulers.

It is not enough to read these words and put them away in our hearts, for the kindle of a latter day recitation. Words without deeds tend us to poverty. It is an impoverishment of the spirt, of our minds, and the hopes that our legacy shall inherit even greater things. This is the season in which men rise above the doldrums of reading and reciting the principles of liberty. Men of wisdom should come together and reason how we might institutionalize a reform that improves the lives of every man, woman, and child in Washington, DC. We must convene a body to discuss what is just and true, then we must fashion those strengths into a mechanism of righteous reformation. I declare that this season we must come together and assemble our own just society congress.







The phone rang.  For many, it is an abominable burden to arouse oneself from slumber to answer a pesky communication device.  The phone rang again.  Pried from the natural regenerative fruits of sleep, many of us would seize the device with utter contempt and answer groggily with disdain or with braced expectation of the worst. It is universal in understanding that none would bother another in the midst of slumber unless the matter was an urgent one.  The phone rang for the last time.  Life matters. 


On September 11th, 2012, there was no answer at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC.   It is this silence that disturbs American voters.  Some political pundits laud the brilliance of President Barack Obama in marshaling his administration’s managed response to attacks on the United States consulate at Benghazi, Libya.  Yet, this glory is a sheer veil.  Four Americans died on American soil in a foreign land on September 11th:  U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other members of his diplomatic mission, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and U.S. embassy security personnel Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods.  When they called at 3 AM, neither Obama nor Secretary of State Hillary Clinton answered.  Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the military didn't send forces in during the attack on the U.S. Consulate because there was "no real-time information" to act on. He advised that "You don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on" and military brass "felt we could not put forces at risk in that situation."  Three times, an American called upon the powers that be to rescue them from unenviable fate.  Thrice, the response was silence. 



"The election has nothing to do with four brave Americans getting killed and us wanting to find out exactly what happened," Obama said in an interview with KUSA, the NBC affiliate in Denver on October 26, 2012 (  The truth is that it does.  It is not optimal to have Benghazi-Gate alive and burning ever-increasingly on the eve of America’s most important election in a century.  Servant Leadership is absent the Obama Administration.  Servant Leaders possess awareness and foresight.  Obama appears blind to the impact that his absence of leadership--the optic of the trip to Las Vegas rather than remaining at the White House—has had on this election and his campaign.  According to Pew Research, an accurate 2008 Election assessor, polled Obama with an 8 point ahead of Governor Mitt Romney (51 to 43, Among Likely Voters).  Today, Romney polls ahead (49 to 45, Among Likely Voters).  What happened?  Benghazi-Gate happened.  Even more oblivious that the jailing of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula seems more scapegoat than justice.  Death and destruction exchanged for a protest video?  Obama failed in foresight.  He lacked the ability to understand current reality and identify future consequences.  Having served on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he seemed dim of caution in preparing for potential enemy attacks while America observed September 11 Memorials.  The Viet Cong Tet Offensive or the Greek’s Trojan Horse Attack never came to the community organizer’s sans Commander-in-Chief’s mind.  Worse, The State Department did not spend $2 billion to prepare US embassies and consulates around the world for radical assaults.  Military presence was not increased.  As servant leaders, Obama, Clinton and the Administration failed.  Unlike his failings in green energy pursuits like Solyndra and A123 Systems, this failure actually cost American lives.

Americans are looking for a leader that is willing to take charge rather than lead from behind, do what is right rather than politically expedient and oversee rather than avoiding the confrontations impending fiscal, military and diplomatic crises on the horizon.  Benghazi-Gate reveals both weaknesses in character and in execution.  "I find it astounding," former US Presidential Candidate, Senator John McCain told Fox News. "I find it a lack of leadership, a lack of understanding, either before or during this attack."  Leadership is not merely a position one pursues for vainglory, economic compensation and privileges and powers.  Blame Congress!  Blame Hillary!  No.  The buck stops at Obama.  Mitford M. Mathews, A Dictionary of Americanisms on Historical Principles, writes, “The saying ‘the buck stops here’ derives from the slang expression ‘pass the buck’ which means passing the responsibility on to someone else.  Democrat President Harry Truman referred to this concept very specifically in asserting that, "The President--whoever he is--has to decide.  He can't pass the buck to anybody. No one else can do the deciding for him. That's his job.”  The Campaign offers the President a stage upon which he can either command accountability for himself and others or trifle with assigning blame upon imaginary provocateurs and withholding justice even from his own Cabinet. 

Americans on November 6th, 2012, will select an individual to serve this Nation as President.  The role is inclusive of the duties ascribed a Chief Foreign Policy Specialist, a Chief Executive Office and a Commander-In-Chief.  The role requires a man or woman that is empathetic to the cries of the people-- especially those that volunteer to be placed in harm’s way--and seeks the best solutions for the overall good of the Nation’s people.  Americans for years have elected politicians that have not seen a moral value that they cannot sell for a campaign donation or committee seat.  Americans are looking for men and women of character to righteously execute the affairs of “We the People” on a daily basis.  Leaders lead in crises from positions of strength and not weakness.  If not Obama, Romney will provide what the Nation needs.

One of America’s Most Racist, Propaganda Pieces of the Liberal Democrat Agenda is at odds with one of the most socialist, local governments in the Nation–the District of Columbia Government.  The Washington Informer is protesting the DC Government over the awarding of the more than $30,000 unclaimed property advertising contract to the Washington Times in lieu of the much more attractive Washington Informer.  Which is the more awing: That the Obama economy is so piss-poor that the media powerhouse, the Washington Informer, is left in a bitter scramble for $30,000 of revenue from a government entity or that the Washington Informer reports very little about the economy to its circulation and finds it easier to Blame Bush or the Republicans when it does so?  So why was the Times chosen over the Informer.  According to the largest District based African-American newspaper, its rejection was solely on the grounds that it is not a “newspaper of general circulation”.  But wait, we are not a Asian establishment.  We are Black.  The Mayor is Black.  The City Is Black.  Doesn’t America owe the Informer?  Why even Nick McCoy, a political and gay rights activist says that the Informer speaks for the “whole community”.  How did the socialist government respond to the paper of the least, the last and the lost:

“The Washington Informer was found non-responsive based on the fact that the Washington Informer serves a specific ethnic group.  It is our view that targeting a specific ethnic group does not meet the requirement of a newspaper of general circulation.”

The Informer contends that such a ruling may have violated District and federal civil rights laws.  They are willing to fight it out in court where costs may treble the actual costs of contract.  Why did the Times get the contract?  According to the Informer’s attorney, it’s all racial.

“None can argue that anecdotally the likely subscribers to the Washington Times are conservative and Republican – the anecdotal opposite of the population of the District of Columbia, which is overwhelmingly Democratic and progressive,” he said.

“If The Washington Informer can be disqualified because it appeals to a specific ethnic group, a similar disqualification can be leveled against the Washington Times, which some might subjectively argue appeals only to a certain ideological group.

So until a Judge rules, the Informer must fill space with more progressive, Democrat propaganda that does not bring in revenue and the Times is the new black and operating in the black.  Yes, Conservative Republicans, the pendulum is really beginning to swing your way!


It is with trepidation that I proceed in this commentary.  I fear not of my own condition, expectation or state of being.  However, I do fear that many that had placed their faith in nothing less thanaffirmative action and its righteousness will soon find it a device of little comfort.  Booker T. Washington, in his 1895 Atlanta Exposition Address, cautioned, “The wisest among my race understand that the agitation of questions of social equality is the extremist folly, and that progress in the enjoyment of all the privileges that will come to us must be the result of severe and constant struggle rather than artificial forcing.”  Abounding in many promises and languishing in few satisfying results outside of government, affirmative action often has more fictional victims than actual and thus, creates an atmosphere of accepted mediocrity rather than the pursuit of meritocratic excellence.  Many races, deemed minority, have fallen into the tangled web of artificial devices that nobly extend the hope of evening the score for past atrocities.  All done as if an additional 10 points on the civil service exam or executing a poli-economic plan that distributes another’s wealth to one that lacks capital, means of production or access to the labor market would salve or even the score for 400 years of brutish treatment to the many institutionalized in slavery.




Our forefathers advised us not to advance into a fertile future with as much as a bond of insufferable allegiance or chained to the security of folly and fable.  Frederick Douglas, in a speech entitled “What The Black Man Wants” (April 1865) exclaimed, “Everybody has asked the question, and they learned to ask it early of the abolitionists, ‘What shall we do with the Negro?’ I have had but one answer from the beginning. Do nothing with us! Your doing with us has already played the mischief with us. Do nothing with us! If the apples will not remain on the tree of their own strength, if they are wormeaten at the core, if they are early ripe and disposed to fall, let them fall! I am not for tying or fastening them on the tree in any way, except by nature’s plan, and if they will not stay there, let them fall.”  Our Founding Fathers encouraged us to use the principles of conservatism, as best understood of the times, and our Faith in God to challenge the human race’s cultural deficiencies and excel in every pursuit by our limitless spiritual and natural endowment.  Not to soar as eagles meant that we vacillated, becoming the product of the slavery system that we exited only through blood, sweat and tears.  Albeit, the generous successes of Affirmative Action have placed Blacks in the cross hairs of any severe austerity plan, by choice or by force, implemented by Congress in 2013.



“Thanks for the history lesson, Paley!  However, what does affirmative action have to do with the Obama economy.  You right wing extremists so hate Obama and it’s all racial!”  Give me a few mere lines more and my broad strokes will appear as clarion as a mezzo-soprano at the Kennedy Center.  For the fourth consecutive year, the Obama Administration and Congress have presided over a government that has produced $1 trillion plus deficits.  According to Eric Pianin, The Fiscal Times, “For fiscal year 2012  that will end on  Sept. 30, the deficit is now projected to be $1.211 trillion, or $116 billion lower than the $1.327 trillion deficit projected in February, according to the Office of Management and Budget’s Fiscal Year 2013 Midsession Budget Review. That compares with deficits ranging from a high of $1.4 trillion in fiscal 2009, to $1.29 trillion in both fiscal 2010 and 2011.”  With Europe in a recession, China’s buying power weakening as its currency losses value and very few signs of resuscitation of the American economy, there will be more calls upon the United States to consider austerity plans.  In economics, austerity refers to a policy of deficit-cutting by lowering spending often via a reduction in the amount of benefits and public services provided.  Without an austerity plan, the United States, fast approaching a fiscal cliff, will suffer severe effects from these princely budget deficits.  The costs of borrowing money to pay the federal bills will increase and take up a more sizable portion of the budget.  Hence, pay your interest debt and cut where needed.  To raise the monies to pay the bills, either tax revenue must increase or more bonds must be sold or both.  Increase taxes during a jobless recovery and you could capsize the private economy and unemployment would explode.  Sell more treasury bonds and the national debt increases.  Obama “inherited” a national debt of $9 trillion from Bush.  He will inherit a $16 trillion national debt from himself.  For the chic Keynesian, government must take credit for any recovery so stimulus must be afforded.  Artificially suppressing interest rates costs money.  The Treasury must print it and the Federal Reserve must buy it.  Eventually, Keynesian learn from the Hayek models that interest rates are like balloons.  They can not be held down naturally for long.  When rates rise, your buying power lessens and inflation takes off.  In a nutshell, without an austerity in the next Congress, we are screwed as a Nation.



So what does affirmative action have to do with all that economic gobbledygook?  President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order 10925 on March 6, 1961.  In so doing, required that government employers “not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, or national origin” and “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin”.  On September 2, 1965, President Lyndon Johnson signed Executive Order 11246  affirming Federal Government’s commitment “to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive, continuing program in each executive department and agency”.  From that time onward, African-Americans began to encourage their kinfolk to “go to school and get a good government job”.  You did not want to curse your kids and leave them out in that evil private industry world.  The Federal government’s multicultural campaign for diversity resulted in a 17% Black of the Federal Civilian population.  As of 2010, the overall US Black population was 12%.  Brendan Greeley, in “The Deficit: A Stark Choice for 2012? Not Really”, writes, “Obama claims to care about the deficit. In his budget this year, he takes credit for offering a comprehensive spending-reduction deal to congressional Republicans in 2011. And yet according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the White House’s proposed 2013 budget increases debt as a proportion of gross domestic product until 2018, when it flattens out at around 76 percent.”  An austerity plan will be executed in the next Congress.  No doubt!  No diggity!  When it does, it will disproportionately impact the Black workforce.  This impact will not be noticed greatly in rural regions.  However, it will impact urban and suburban governments and cities.  Thanks to  4 years of “danger zone” budgeting by continuing resolution, the next recession will more disproportionately impact Blacks than any other group because of our lower rates of participation in private industry and small business development.



Walter E. Williams, author of “The Racism of Diversity” (, July 22, 2009),  wrote, “This is one of the unappreciated aspects of preferential treatment. It runs the risk of creating racist attitudes, and possibly feelings of racial superiority, among whites and others who were formerly racially neutral.”  In the scale of economics, there is a Black female publisher in Washington, DC that believes she is entitled by race to receive the fruit of the taxpayers’ revenue.  She has been exposed to the noble intentions of affirmative action.  It was supposed to serve as reparations and make all things right amongst those that suffered or were victimized.  Today, she is a victim.  The White Republicans–there could not possibly be any Black, Latino, Asian, etc Republicans or Conservatives that read the Times–have stolen her 40 aces and a mule and she wants it back.  Maybe if she encouraged her general readership to spend less time seeking the entitlements of public benefits and more time seeking to invest in private opportunities then, her general readership would grow to a size worthy of government intervention.  Whether Republican or Democrat, it would be good to advise the limited readership that they need to batten down the hatches thanks to the President’s handling of the economy.  There is rough weather ahead and Blacks will suffer the greatest losses.

Brevity shall be my father as I protest America’s sudden re-entry into slavery.  There shall be no great literary score to hide my disdain for the actions of many that have voiced a greater need for dependency, vowed to exchange political rights for economic promises and voted to curry favor with those that marshal forces to oppress an exceptional nation.  My voice shall be loud and abrasive to those that have silently compromised principles with a broth of noble intentions and well meant policies.  This day finds me in great kinship with the fervency of statesman Samuel Adams.  I fear not the wrath of the wicked nor the pretense of those that wade lightly into the brisk currents of political correctness.  Since the close of the Civil War, the Progressive Movement has asked, “What Shall We Do With the Free Man?”  The Movement has evolved into such great strength that today Americans have given it a resounding response, “Make Us Slaves of the Government!”

By 11:00 AM on June 28, 2012, conservative groups and politicians were e-mailing laments over the United States Supreme Court’s (SCOTUS) ruling on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).  SCOTUS upheld Obama Care as constitutional based on Congress’ taxing authority.  It was a ruling that brought the most ornery Conservative to his knees as if laboring for air from a swift kick to the sternum.  Republicans celebrated this as an assurance of President Barack Obama’s electoral liability and that Chief Justice John Glover Roberts, Jr. was exceedingly clever in hanging the tax anchor about the campaigns of multiple liberals.  How empty this refrain became when played by Mitt Romney’s Campaign.  One moment, Romney sounded as a sincere champion of the Tenth Amendment by stating that he would work for the repeal of Obama Care from Day One.  Within a matter of a weekend, the Romney Campaign finds itself agreeing with the Obama Administration that SCOTUS was wrong, Obama Care is not a TAX!  If you were looking to give leery conservatives confidence in your commitment to Classical Republican principles then, Romney, you lack the wherewithal to provide it.  Other politicians jumped into the ocean of political opportunity to harvest the discontent of the masses.  Their general intent was to provoke Tea Partiers around the world to raise funds for their campaigns.  O, if you don’t send me $10 then, there will be no hope of changing our future.   I fault them not for they are merely doing what their industry requires: take advantage of the sheep!  When the fold surrenders its pursuit of life and liberty for Esau’s supper then, the wolves have no more natural order then to pillage the weak.


     I have come to the conclusion that Americans have lost the battle over whether health care is a right or a privilege.  I believe that the Progressives have achieved their great accomplishment: Equality.   Our Founding Fathers introduced Liberty through the US Constitution’s protection of life, libety and the pursuit of happiness.  Feeling the US Constitution was inadequate, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 80 years ago, ushered in the second generation of human rights called economic rights: social security, education, housing, etc.  Progressives, as both Democrats and Republicans, assaulted the Constitution in every branch of government and even the watchdog press.  Their last undone achievement was universal health care.   Obama achieved that in his presidency.   It is a precedent.  Why do you call it a precedent?  It is something done or said that may serve as an example or rule to authorize or justify a subsequent act of the same or an analogous kind.  Precedents are essential to rooting stability in law and society.  I used the same dictionary that George Stephanopoulos used when he interviewed President Obama.   Even if repealed, the SCOTUS has determined that socialism is a protected way of life if you call it a tax.  Even if Obama Care is repealed, the Progressives have won the battle and will advance their war towards one-world order and global rule.  They will proceed, maybe in the next 10 years when they return to power, on the ambition of the third generation of human rights: Fraternity.  They will include: Group and collective rights; Right to self-determination; Right to economic and social development; Right to a healthy environment; Right to natural resources; Right to communicate and communication rights; Right to participation in cultural heritage; and Rights to intergenerational equity and sustainability. From Liberty to Equality and onward to Fraternity yet, many voters are profane ignorance of the true terrorists of freedom.  If we know not our enemy, it makes no grand difference in the selection of our representation.  The ambassador of chaos is an unruly confidant.


Why so surly this wonderful 4th day of July 2012?  The Progressives have won this battle and will win the oligarchy war.  Many of my conservative friends will accuse me of being overly dramatic, a man wading beyond the confines of conservatism or a loosened cannon that refuses to align himself with established leaders of the variant political parties. There is some truth to such princely allegations.  I appreciate the many that are rallying to aid the Romney Campaign in a mission to have him save the Republic.  However, it will take more than Repealing Obama Care.  Based on SCOTUS’ decision, for the first time in America, your wealth belongs to the government first and foremost.  We are now slaves to Congress’ Taxing Authority, The President’s Ideological Pursuits and SCOTUS’ ability to rewrite legislation to fit within the scope of Progressiveness.  To get this right, we must repeal the economic rights established since FDR and finalized under Obama.  Which Politician Has the Chops to say this to an American people corrupted by entitlements?


     Elmer T. Peterson in The Daily Oklahoman (9 December 1951) wrote: “A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government.  It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury.  After that, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits with the result the democracy collapses because of the loose fiscal policy ensuing, always to be followed by a dictatorship, then a monarchy.”


We saw the will of the political elite executed in plain sight one week before the Celebration of Our Independence.  We saw the Progressives–Obama and Romney–agree that the establishment of Government Superiority is essential to the future of the Republic.  What say you then, is the future of the Republic when lawlessness and enslavement reigns supreme?  Alexis-Charles-Henri Clérel de Tocqueville said, “The most dangerous moment for a bad government is when it begins to reform.”  When corrupted software is placed on a perfect operating system then, the only expectation is that the operating system will eventually fail.  Whom blames the software because it was perfect in its intent to increase the performance of the machine?  The blame is always placed on the operating system.  The absolute truth is that a corruptible device when added to an existing  framework will always ruin the framework.  Our federal bureaucracy, for the well being of the people, has legally installed socialized medicine onto the framework of free-market capitalism and Constitutional freedom and liberty.  This is certainly not the Republic given to men created in the image of God and possessing inalienable rights.

     We are merely a few treasured moments away from experiencing the prophecy of President Ronald Wilson Reagan, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”  Unless, Conservatives unite and demand the Repeal of FDR, the 16th Amendment and the 17th Amendment.  Yes, on this the very day that we celebrate teh revolutionary zeal of our Founding Fathers, we must bring to rememberance one of the most key notes in the Declaration of Independence:

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Today, we are the USSA.  Tomorrow, we may be just another third world nation under the rule of elite leaders in the UN.  On this and in my House, we resolve to resist the Philistines of the Progressive Movement and Restore the Glory and Honor of Our Liberties in the US Constitution.  What Shall We Do With the Free Man?  We Shall Do Nothing for He Shall join Us in Liberating the enslaved from the confines of socialism!  Let Liberty be our Cry and Tyranny, our fallen traducer!

Excuse Me Pastor, Before You Deliver Your Mother’s Day Sermon…



     In the Black Church Season, there are really only three big revenue days: Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas Eve.   Trust me, financially, it’s a long stretch between Mother’s Day and Christmas Eve.  In fact, your summer budget and finances is directly tied to the strength of performance on Mother’s Day.  This is Money Ball Day and everything must be executed without a hitch.  Mother’s Day adds a whole new meaning of being about your “Father’s business”.  You have lain out your schedule many months ago.  Besides your KJV app, your calendar app is your best friend.  On Monday, you met with the ministerial team to make certain that all sanctuary duties have been outlined, rehearsed and prepared for execution and that Wednesday Night Bible Study was covered.    You will need time to write your sermon.  On Tuesday morning, you met with Deacons and Trustees to make certain that membership invitation system has been operating smoothly for the past two weeks and that all expenses accounted.   On Tuesday evening, you oversaw the final practice of the Church’s All-Star Choir and Praise Leaders.  There won’t be any surprises from the orchestra this Sunday.  On Wednesday morning, you met with the Church Secretary to make certain that the bulletin is without grammatical or context error, flowers ordered, roses for Mothers ordered and that the First Lady’s needs have been attended.  Whew!  It’s Noon.  Everything is covered.  You can Rest in Perfect Peace with your Mind Stayed on Him!  Off to the Barber after lunch.  At 2:59 PM, you step in Raheem’s Hair Cuttery and a seat is made out of no way for you!  At 3:00 PM, you sit in the chair of the Master Barber and suddenly, a major News Break hits the TV:



The whole world slows down in front of your face.  The entire Barber Shop turns to you.   It’s written all over your face.  You don’t have to say a word.  Surprise, Surprise!


Excuse Me Pastor, Before You Deliver Your Mother’s Day Sermon…

     The Black Church has always been the communications bandwidth of the Community.  It was the unbridled passion of the Black Church that resisted the confines of slavery and Jim Crow Democrat Laws and pushed for Civil Rights through allegiance with the Republican Party.  It was easy to draw upon its heritage as it was founded by radicals like Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass.  However, time and misery seems to oppress the greatest testaments of time.  Hope over time gave way to despair and Change seemed to fall upon the deaf ears of Heaven.  Pulpits that once proclaim the Victory of Christ became filled with proselytizers that promoted liberation based on the color of skin and raised the idealism that God would send ONE that would free us from the disdain of our with-holders.  Sermons framed in Patriotism, Liberty and Free Markets were replaced professions of Victimhood, Racial Indifference and Class Envy.


     By the 1970′s, Conservatives were vilified in the Black Church for the presentation of messages on Family Values.  The Republican Party became the enemy and the Democrat Party, the founders of the Ku Klux Klan, for the sake of welfare, entitlements and the redistribution of others wealth, became the friend.  However, the friend was merely a wolf in sheep’s clothing.  For the sake of a food stamp, a wink and a nod, the Democrat Party seized the liberal Black Church and strangled the Conservative Black Church.  Thanks LBJ for the 501 (c) 3.  Eventually, it was assumed that membership in the Black Church served as auxiliary membership in the Democrat Party.

They went from gay rights to Civil Rights; from gay marriage to marriage equality.  Anyone that knows anything about PR, knows that marketing is all about language and communications.  Politics is the ultimate form of marketing.

Pastor, you soon would only open your pulpit to Democrats.  The doctrine of Christ could then, only be heard through the voices of Democrats.  The Black Church was no longer about the “Father’s business” but about the “government funding business”.  The Message suffered.  The Community Suffered.  Men Left the Church as Their Goldy responsibilities  were Replaced by the “forces and provisions of government”.  Soon, limited to the participation of women, the Church became a place that depended on the assurances of government security, of privileges as rights and entitlements as life needs.  Morality and character became less of a concern of what is sacred and more of what is culturally convenient.  For many that remained, the understanding of Faith and politics became simple in discernment:  That which is expedient and affirmed of men is most practical and worthy of God’s Blessing.  However, there is something that causes the spirit that pursues the Spirit to become “rocked” in his soul.  The spirit that has consumed the Word of God understands the limits of mankind and the eternity of the Living God.  Even the heathen understands that there is One whom is Greater and must be confided.  This is always why it is most unsettling when Judgement first comes to the House.  That silence you heard in the Barber Shop is the moaning and groaning of the world awaiting you to become the Son of God.

Excuse Me Pastor, Before You Deliver Your Mother’s Day Sermon…


1Cr 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.


     There are some things that you do not know that you need to know before you speak from your pulpit on Sunday.  Your unrelenting support of Obama has equivocation to that of Jesus Christ in the eyes of even your most devout parishioners.  Such an equivocation was given to Barack Hussein Obama when you advised your sheep to vote for him.  That may or may not be your fault.  However, it is what it is.  You see at your pulpit, they first heard the Good News of Jesus Christ.  At your pulpit, they accepted His Words as Truth and you as the Messenger of Truth.  The Message and The Messenger was seared in their hearts as One.  At you pulpit, they were baptized and professed the Holy Spirit.  At your pulpit, they heard the moral doctrines of Faith.  At your pulpit, they watched the broken become healed and life renewed in your words and hymns.  The power God loans to you in the pulpit is held in reverance and awe.  Do you understand how important you have been to a liberal movemnet that sought only your power but none of its Godliness?


In a 1939 letter, [Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret] Sanger wrote, “The minister’s work is also important and he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”


Many, to this day, have more Faith and Trust in you than the Bible that they carry on Sunday morning.  It is sad but true.  Yet, the silence you heard Wednesday afternoon, God made certain that they heard too.  They are shocked.  They are in disbelief.  They are hurt.  They blame you.  I know you did not want to hear that part but it is truth.  On Sunday, before you blame men for leaving their responsibilities and putting women in harm’s way, you need to privately and publicly repent.  Such repentance should be before your fullest assembly.  You ask, “Repent from what?”  It is the omitted power of equivocation.  Your congregants believe now that you, the Man of God, would not have endorsed a man for public office that believes that marriage is not sacred but irreligious or ungodly.  That marriage is subject to human fallacy and interpretation and not origin-ed from the very Words of God.  Hence, some believe that there is no doctrinal requirement to promote the sacredness of marriage because there is a separation of Faith and State.  Hence, Sunday Only Christianity is acceptable in the sight of God.  Yeah, they got all of that and more in a simple statement from the President of the United States.  What is more?  You may need to prepare them for the unforgivable:  the Democrat Party will add Same-Sex Marriage to their Political Platform.  Whom will you serve?


     I write this knowing that many ministers did not go before the Father to ask for His permission to endorse President Obama.  I know this because you have probably done more vetting of an associate minister that will preach in your pulpit than the Press did of our own President.  You probably have spent more time designing your new sanctuary.  For some, I know that you accepted him because he had a “D” behind his name.  For some, it was because of the color of his skin.  There is too much at stake in America to keep this charade going.  Too many will suffer lack as a result of prideful commitment to false and manipulated allegiances.  By the way, Obama did not seek Spritual counsel before he announced what “Mankind” had told him to do.  Yeah, he called his Pastor after he made his decsision to “go forth”.  I guess you have never done that before.  In an unscientific poll taken on my face book website, the majority of persons responded, “Yes, it is wise for Men of God to admit error and to lead his flock in doctrine.”  The risk?  Already, in barber shops across the country, many are advising that they will not vote in this election.  They have the power but will not leave home to express it.  Imagine when they employ this silence in your temple on Sunday morning.  Voting with one’s morality (feet) can put quite a damper in doing the “Father’s business”.

The Barry-Holder Syndrome: A Defeated Generation Clings to the Religion of Party and Poverty


     It is written that Sun-Tzu once said, “Warfare is a great matter to a nation; it is the ground of death and of life it is the way of survival and destruction, and must be examined.”  Coming after the celebration of the High Holy Days of Spring–Passover and Resurrection, a private examination of liberal public warfare in America seems an essential matter, especially in the District of Columbia.  Why the Nation’s Capital?  Well, two names illuminated the pathways of survival and destruction in the Metro Voting Scene prior to the High Holy Days–Council Member and Mayor for Life Marion “Dmitri Shepilov” Barry and Attorney General Eric “I’ll Be Back Faster than You Can Say Furious”  Holder.  In the life and death battle of maintaining the most oppressive and poverty resistant tactics in Urban Polity, Barry represents the survivor and Holder the destroyer.  Each is vital to the installation of public policies and laws that defile the political liberties of Constitutional governance in lieu of those that solidify the Utopian financial security of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Economic Bill of Rights.  These are men esteemed by their peers for their judicial and political sophistry.  In variant circles, they are lauded for their past accomplishments.  They are different men sharing the same political ideology.  They are men of the “Democrat Civil Rights Generation”  [1966 - 2008].  Each found a home for their radical beliefs within President Andrew Jackson’s Party.  Each believes that their racial justice and racial politics will reward “the least, the last and the lost” while incriminating those that, by acts of conscience or acts of their descendants, have oppressed such a great multitude.  One operates at the federal level.  The other at the state level.  Yet, their paths mysteriously crossed at the corner of Racism and Voter Fraud in the Nation’s Capitol on Primary Election Day 2012.


The Great DC Voter Fraud Caper

     Attorney General Holder had made his determination plain many months ago about Voter Identification.  For those following along at home, his answer to Texas, South Carolina and especially, Arizona was consistent: NO!  By golly, there must be a succinct and logical reasoning for such hardened resistance.  Maybe it was the fact that most government programs do not require proof of identification. Wow!  Maybe these agencies do not know that I do not need ID to cash a payroll check or to obtain food stamps or to even get anabortion.  Wait a minute!  You do need ID for all of those.  So it can not be that. Maybe it’s because ID costs too much.  Yeah, State ID is too damn high!  Well, the states had worked out a plan to give free voting ID to eligible citizens.  Wow, Republican States giving away Free Voter’s ID!  Maybe minorities will respond as Haitians did when they were offered free ID.  No this is a definite ploy to suppress the minority vote.  Fortunately, in Georgia, where Voting ID has been required since 2006, minority voting participation increased from 513,700 to 741,000 in 2010.  Well, what could it be?  Racism.  In the words of the Great Negro South Carolina Representative in the US House Jim Clyburn, “Jim Crow!”  Yes, free voting ID is the equivalent of the poll tax, literacy tests and burning a cross in someone’s front yard.  Free Voting ID is a weapon of intimidation equivalent to New Black Panther Soldiers standing outside of a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania voting precinct with a billy club.  According to Holder, in person voting fraud is rare.  So our Republic should not require ID.


“You don’t need it; it’s all right,” the poll worker says. “As long as you’re in here, you’re on our list, and that’s who you say you are, you’re okay.”


Enter James O’Keefe.  It seems that when this David enters the Coliseum of Nonsense, many Giants fall.  ACORN.  PLANNED PARENTHOOD.  The next challenger: ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC HOLDER.  Literally, James brought down the house by having an individual go undercover to show that in the Nation’s capital, Voter Fraud occurs.  The individual asked a DC Poll Worker if he could vote as “Eric Holder” without ID.  The Poll Worker consented.  This did not happen once but on several occasions at various precincts. He even interviewed a Security Officer at the Department of Justice that advised him to ascertain ID prior to entering the building.  In fact, without ID, he could not.  What is the liberal media’s reaction.  Of course, this means nothing.  Susan Milligan wants you to pay attention to the 619,000 disenfranchised voters in the District of Columbia.  Yeah, we are kept here by force, as the Japenese Americans were kept in detention camps during World War II.  We are unaware that DC was carved out as a federal city where its citizens would have no voting privileges in the House or Senate unless duly granted.  US Constitution Article 1 and Section 8 for my worthy challengers.  Kevin Drum would like you to believe that voting is an air tight effort without any threat because “no one in their right mind would cast an illegal vote.”  Sanity is certainly not a requirement to perform an illicit activity.  However, this Administration is counting on you avoiding the pages regarding ACORN and voting coincidences surrounding the election of Minnesota Senator Al Franken.  I suppose all of Minnesota was coo-koo for cocoa puffs when it came to SNL Al.


This Board of Elections will grant zero tolerance to anyone tampering with the vital processes and standards by which District of Columbia voters exercise their franchise, including identifying themselves as a registered voter, affirming their qualifications to vote, and receiving and casting a ballot. The falsification or attempted falsification of any of the above is a criminal offense.”


Whoah, Nelly!  Don’t get your dander up, Board Member Stephen Danzansky.  You are acting like voting fraud happens all of the time.  I surmise that it does not because of teh stealth and vigilant actions of the DC Board of Elections and Ethics.  Your zero-tolerance  response is certainly not a political one.  Yes, avoid talking to Attorney general Eric Holder or the naive poll worker.  They know that DC BOEE will not cease its investigations until James O’Keefe is arrested, does a perp walk and is declared guilty by the Court of Public Opinion.  You certainly did not want voting identification or perpetrators of voter fraud to slow down the hundreds of thousands that voted in the Democrat laden election in April 2012.  What’s that?  Only 68,000 people came out to vote.  The poll workers must certainly be overloaded with names and ID’s.  No.  Then, it must have been racial discrimination that a white man was offered to sign “the book” without ID.


It’s unclear if the poll worker followed procedure, although it comports to my personal experiences voting in the District. I’ve often showed up at a polling place with my ID out, to help poll workers with the spelling of my name, only to be told that it wasn’t necessary.


Yeah!  Definitely a white thing.  This could not possibly happen in the minority communities of the Nation’s Capitol.


     It seems that the High Holiday Election gave cause for pause at the corner of Voter Fraud and Racism.  Marion Barry, fresh from a political briefing on racial harmony with “Bull” Connor, let go the basic requirement to be registered as a Democrat: You must despise another race of people overtly and covertly.  Should you despise them because they support an Unconstitutional health care reform like Obama Care?  No.  Should you despise them because they are great entrepreneurs and uniquely outperform all races academically?  No.  You should despise them because they are Asian!


“We’ve got to do something about these Asians coming in, opening up businesses, those dirty shops,” he said in the course of laying out his vision for the ward. “They ought to go. I’ll just say that right now, you know. But we need African American businesspeople to be able to take their places, too.”


Even the best politicians screw up a point.  Especially when you have won a third successive term in office with a whopping 72% of the vote in his Ward 8.  You are overwhelmed with emotion.  Suddenly, your heart speaks for what your mind persistently withheld in good company.  (In all reality, unofficially, he received 5,116 votes out of 7,036 votes cast.  Ward 8 has 54,000 voters!)  Yes, my friends, Barry’s Economic Platform is simple: Replace ‘em.  We have not heard such an Economic Plan since the building of the Trans-Continental Railroad.  I suppose when offering summer jobs to unemployed men and women with children is deemed ineffectual then, you just have to go with Plan B.  Remember, it was the Asians that caused you to live on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Electronics Benefit Transfer (EBT) Funds.  Could not have been that Mr. Barry voted for the Living Wage legislation that requires employers to pay $10 per hour to unskilled workers.  Guess DC Businesses need fewer unskilled workers.  What do you have to say to your racist brothers and sisters that voted you into office tonight:

Certainly, as a non-bigotted, non-homophobic renaisance man of the Afro-American community, you would publicly apologize the next morning.  Right?  No.


Barry ends up calling Cho a “good Asian” — you know, as opposed to all those bad ones — and telling him that he only regretted failing to use a “better set of words.”


Ladies and gentlemen, I am not concerned about Marion Barry.  He is long beyond the Road to Recovery.  I am concerned because the audience that he spoke with at his celebration APPLAUDED him.  The same persons that will spend $25 for a “Remember Trayvon” T-Shirt and March to the Wilson Building to protest Racism in America’s justice system give a standing O to Barry after his racists comments.


The Barry-Holder Syndrome gives cover to those that have been empowered by years of racist vitriol, inaccurate cultural perceptions of conservatism, a gold spoon of entitlement and sense that only an elite group of individuals can govern, educate, employ and lead.  Yes, what you hear from Barry and Holder are years of liberation theology, public school indoctrination and a social preference to “Miseducate the Negro”.  At the intersection o voter fraud and racism, the Black community is always the “victim”.  How shall the talented few encourage the masses to achieve economic power: steal it.  Whether through the redistribution of wealth or a Socio-Economic Plan that calls for the elimination of the Asian business owner, the prophets of oppression, having amassed their personal fortunes and securities, have only the desire to promote bigotry, chaos and theft.  Urban America must review its unadulterated faith in the religion of separatist party politics and “government solution oriented” poverty policy.  Barry represents the “Survival” that years of charisma and patronage have yielded a Carte Blanche seat at the Table of the DC Government’s Politburo.  No one at the polls can point to any specificity that warrants a return to office.  No one can isolate the golden nugget in his latter service that equals the worthy hallmarks of his former service.  However, too many have been “bought off” to consider challenging or even replacing one of America’s Great Soldiers of Socialism.  Too many have become affixed upon their building project, government contract or special friends license plate to seek a prudent and more profitable remedy.  There seems an almost mystical acceptance of his place in spite of his inability to lead a small community out of the grips of neglect and economic decay.  You are certainly to hear more about Barry’s private failures than his public legislative successes on the City Council.  Holder represents the “Destruction” that comes when Men of Justice must stand before the Courts of Public and Political opinions to receive their just due.  Holder, President Ronald Reagan’s appointee to Judgeship on the DC Superior Court, has been around the block a few times as a hired handof the law.  I believe to say his recent tenure as Attorney General has been cataclysmic is to say that Mr. Hillary Rosen merely misspoke.  Their universal efforts have resulted in bias of justice and despair within the human condition.  Barry and Holder have been true ministers of the religion of Party and Poverty to a fallen generation.

An Open Letter to American Conservatives: Stop Blaming the Establishment GOP



     I asked a question.  I did not yell “Fire!” in a crowded movie theater.   I did not propose adding more speed cameras in low income areas of Washington, DC or demand that Obama Care be implemented even if the Supreme Court rules it un-Constitutional.  I merely asked a question.  Yet, the response was awe-striking.  It was as if I’d unlatched the box upon which all evil was held.  Indeed, it is a thought provoking one.  However, I believe more people are afraid of the answers than the question itself.  These answers lead me to one stark conclusion: Stop Blaming the Republican Establishment for the Futility of the American Conservative Movement.


The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2008. We Got John McCain. The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2012. We Got Mitt Romney. If Conservatives Are So Powerful and Represent 40% of the Electorate, Why Is There No Competitive Conservative Party in American Politics?

     Political Commentator and Mitt Romney Endorser Ann Coulter defines the “actual Republican Establishment” as “political consultants, The Wall Street Journal, corporate America, former Bush advisers and television pundits.”  New York Times columnist David Brooks had a new, and specific, definition of “Republican establishment” — “anybody who knows what Newt Gingrich is really like.”  Rush Limbaugh refers to the Republican establishment as the “elites” that want to redefine conservatism.  Rush contends:


You and I know that the establishment Republicans don’t like conservatives. They didn’t like Reagan. They were embarrassed of Reagan. They were embarrassed of us. They didn’t like the Moral Majority, they didn’t like the Christian right, they don’t like the pro-lifers. They don’t like the social conservatives at all. They’re embarrassed by us, in many ways, with their other buddies, the establishment Democrats — which combined gives us the Washington establishment, and they very much prefer to be members of that club than ours. But they know that it doesn’t help them to be called “establishment Republicans.” So they’re trying to take the term “conservative” and co-opt it and define it as they behave, write, speak, and even vote on matters of politics.


Do Speaker of the House John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and GOP Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney fit within the fabric of the “Establishment” or Washington Politboro that seeks its own sufficiency?  Based on the definers, the answer is clearly, ”YES!”


Simply, those that preserve their interests of excessive government rule and intervention into the daily lives of Americans fit the bill of the “Establishment”.  Those that resist the excesses of governance and imposition of state and federal taxation into the lives of individuals, families and private organizations are “conservatives”.  Talitha McEachin, in her essay The Black Community’s Distrust of the Government, provokes her readers with this question, ‎”How can some of us say we don’t trust the government, yet vote for more of it in our lives?”  Blogger Dan McLaughlinwrote a seminal piece about the separation of Establishment and Conservatives entitled, What The Republican “Establishment” Really Means.  In it he advised that a key matter separtes us:  ”it’s almost entirely about spending.”  For those following along at home, the analysis is clear.  There are three groups that empower politicians in general elections: Conservatives, the Establishment (Republicans and Democrats) and Liberals.  Conservatives believe that Americans are better stewards of their finances than government and that spending should be reduced as austerely as possible.  The Establishment believe that you could not possibly build a home, receive medical care or  flush a toilet with out some form of government intervention.  The Establishment may not want all of your money but a goodly sum of 50 – 60% would go a long way towards a civil society.  The liberals do not believe that you have to vote as a central planning agency will give you what you need and cover all of the costs.  The State becomes the provider and protector of the individual and family.  A simple 100% of your wealth and commitment would improve the quality of everyone’s life.


I guess we can never change the outcomes of our political lives.  Surly the liberals and the Establishment outnumber us.  Right?!  Wrong!  According to a 2007 Associate Press (AP) Poll,  36 to 42% (Average: 38%) of the Nation is Conservative and 19 to 26% (Average:  22%) of the Nation is Liberal.  Let us deduce that 30% of the Nation is a part of the Establishment or shares a Pro-Government bent towards public policy.  These are individuals that believe we can make it with out government but won’t ask government to stop providing security for their erroneous unbelief.  Amazingly, Pew Research Center  asserts that 62% of Pro-Government Conservatives are women.  Hmmmmm!  I wonder why the War on Women?   Here, in a nutshell, is the oxymoron: Pro-Government Conservative.  Listen, we, in individual battle, outnumber liberals and The Establishment on everyday of the year.  Even collectively, we could pull enough from the Establishment group out of shame or fear to garner a majority.   So hear is the ultimate question, “If Conservatives Are So Powerful and Represent 40% of the Electorate, Why Is There No Competitive Conservative Party in American Politics?”


The Establishment GOP asserted itself in 1996 and we got Bob Dole.  In 2000, People had had enough of Bill Clinton and The Establishment GOP gave us George Bush.  The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2008.  We Got John McCain.  The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2012.  We Got Mitt Romney.  Let me be clear!  In these unprecedented times, any vote for a GOPer is certainly better than one for the Urban Leninist Barack Obama.  However, there must be a time in GOP History when the Message of Conservatism was equally matched by a Conservative Messenger.  There had to be a day when ideology was etched from the fires of the US Constitution and the King James Bible.  Indeed, the crossroad was filled by Ronald Wilson Reagan.  The Message and the Messenger were One.  Is this a “We just gotta have someone that is Reaganesque!” essay.  NO!  However, perfect unity of effort and efficiency in action comes when one is not deciding on whether to be a liberal, moderate or conservative depending on what state he s in or what group he is talking up.  So why do conservatives entrust their power to an organization that has a worst won-loss percentage than the early Tampa Bay Buccaneers?  I believe that my question reveals the most prudent answers.

     DAVID BROOKS may be right!  I want to eliminate any pretense that from here on we will be singing the Sesame Street theme song.  I am as faithful to conservatism as any.  However, we must examine why so many have choose to follow the Establishment GOP rather than BUILD a conservative brand.  I know, I know!  Third parties will only produce liberal candidates.  No.  People produce liberal candidates as their only options.  Sure, you can point to 1992 when George H W Bush, William Jefferson Clinton and Ross Perot slugged it out as a reason against.  However, the two party system gave us bot Jimmy Carter nad Obama within four (4) decades of each other.  So I ain’t buying that only a three party fight will result in a liberal victor.  The second answer is that the GOP will eventually let conservatives have a candidate.  How weak does that sound to you?  Conservative, you are the real elephant in the room and yet, you have been trained by harsh rhetoric and propaganda over the years that your social agenda and call or fiscal restraint are offensive to the electorate.  I suppose a 9% unemployment rate and $16 trillion deficit are more inviting words of wisdom.  We do not believe that because the Establishment has told us that such efforts are feeble.  You need money to make this happen.  Amazing how tons of money can be raised for a liberal GOP Governor of a Northern state but the GOP would have had a difficult time raising money for a conservative GOP Governor of a Western state.  How weak conservatives must be if they must wait another forty (40) years for a conservative candidate and you represent more than 60% of the GOP.  Here’s another brilliant response to the question:  We would just produce a Do-Nothing Congress!  Somehow, stern conservatives would ave to work with liberal and moderate coalitions to get bills passed. That would be almost impossible as there is no willingness to work together.  Yeah, that only would happen in a three party system.  Are you kidding me?  Holding someone accountable does not begin after you vote but before.  The person that desires to represent you should not be figuring out their political ideology and belief system while completing the GOP Nomination Form.  They should have core principles that allow you to discern whether a person is liberal, moderate or conservative in their political beliefs.  A Conservative Coalition, out of numerical power, would certainly have greater influence on collaborating with Moderates than Liberals coalescing with Moderates.  Saving multiple coalitions slows down poor legislation and focuses greater attenion to the voting records of each group.


Not the best question to ask, Ken. And one has to learn that a conservative from the East, Midwest, South, and West will not see ‘eye to eye’ on every issue. You also have to deal with local influences that create movements that produce different candidates for others to vote for. If you even look within the libertarian ranks, you don’t even have unity there; which causes some – who are more conservative – to run in the Republican party; and those who are more liberal – to run independent, or Democrat. And the major issue with the selection process is: having few states decide who the party’s nominee is going to be; as they all change their dates for caucuses/primaries. This needs to be reformed. That, and the ‘winner takes all’ delegates; along with unbound and ‘super’ delegates. It disenfranchises voters from participating — and when voters don’t engage the candidates, while PAC’s hand money to them, you see what you have as a result.   ~~C.A. of Illinois


Finally, the latter answer speaks to the heart of a people with great potential but little motivation.  Starting a conservative party would be too much of a hassle.  Wow!  e can thrill millions with a speech in Tampa tat says we can solve a $16 trillion deficit, overturn Obama  Care and return us to the Values of the US Constitution but, we can not dream and even dare creating an alternative party.  Have we become so lazy as conservatives that we won’t someone to gives us a Party and Power and Wealth to exploit our new Party and Power without sweat upon brow or pen pressed to paper?  Our Nation is at its greatest risks, domestic and foreign.  Our Constitution is a laughingstock to our own Supreme Court Justices.  The Establishment and the Liberals want to accelerate the onset of the socialism cancer and, because there is no ease, we choose to avoid necessary to save our Nation.  Listen, I pray that this Nation Rallies to Common Sense.  However, I pray even more that people that deign the title Conservative will come to the understanding that the Reagan that they seek is them and them alone.  In you, Mr. and Ms. Conservative, the Message and the Messenger are One.  Now your answer becomes more important to the generations that will follow you than the question I asked.

All Corruption Is Local: Placing Blinders On the Absurd


What A Day!  You could easily draw the sword of the pen from its sheath to attack or defend a multitude of topics.  I could easily press my blade against the flesh of Governor Mitt Romney’s inability to knock out his opponents thus, causing a Brokered Grand Ol’ Party (GOP)Convention in Tampa this August.  Romney beaten so badly that even the Media wept at his great loss.  The FOX All-Star Team was at a great loss to explain how Conservatives in Alabama and Mississippi were not fawning over the Beloved “Front Runner”.  Romney beaten so badly by Conservatives in the South that he came out this morning proclaiming his disdain for Planned Parenthood.  Clutch the pearls, this is better than him eating “cheesy grits”.  One could easily press the mighty lead across multiple sheets, ceasing the moment to discuss, ad nausea,  the great accomplishments of Rick Santorum and his sidekick, Newt Gingrich.  However, I will save that for the more accurate and witty striker of note of the esteemed analyst Kirsten Powell, ever captivating, attractive, in spite of the minutiae that spills from her lips or submit to the “well-researched drivel” of Stanley Fish.  Carrying on such sensations about the GOP Presidential Proceedings truly bore me. It is called a campaign!  Yes, an organized process by which combatants choose various hostile strategies to achieve a singular objective.  If these men were not gladiators then, we would be worthy of five (5) to six (6) hours of Brett Brier and Meghan Kelly.  No, my fingers delight this moment in a more captivating prose.

Perusing the latest edition of the most Far Left, racist circular remaining in the Nation’s Capitol, I took preeminent note of its Front Page Story.  Surely, its Editors had designed the headline in such an ornate manner apart from all other such stories.  As Editors do, in parlaying to the noble reader relevance and striking symbolism, the headlines served as the community’s taking point, judge and jury of the enforcement actions of a federal agency investigating the multiple campaign fraud allegations against the District of Columbia’s Mayor and City Council Members.  The Headline:

Why do I cling to this?  I shall illuminate some and bring to remembrance for others the plenteous and harmful reasons for the absence of alternative narrative in the local worldof politics.  It is the control of  the narrative that separates truth and its liberating spirit from the vices and deceits of oppressive ideologies.  Republicans, those that harbor their influences from the Heartland of America to the docks of their Capitol Hill offices, often ask, “Why can we not get Minorities to join us?”  Local Urban Conservatives, seemingly separated by Iron Curtain, seem satisfied with the prevailing winds of punditry.  Offered the wine of “most Black Republicans have moved to the Suburbs” and the bread of “Nobody in the Inner City likes the Republicans”, many return to their pew of despair acknowledging once again that, while we have communed at distance with the One that shares our passion, we shall never know the power of the liberation that comes with communion.  Each, the Republican Party and Urban Conservatives, seem to pass in the night while our inner cities falter like the Titanic.  There must be a moment when each discovers that “It’s the Narrative, Stupid!” and begin to control the message that is received from our messengers.

In this series, I will alight many to the fact that “All Corruption Is Local”.  This message is essential to establishing the foundation of power acquisition within Urban America.  To understand the absence of power sharing in Urban America, you have to study the phrase, “It speaks”.   A Walt Carr drawn cartoon, entitled “WHEN YOU’VE NEVER BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE”, appears in the aforementioned circular.  It distinguishes two characters: O’Reilly (representing the oppressive white folk) and Black Folk (representing All of Black Folk).  O’Reilly portends, “I heard what he said and I don’t sense any racial overtones.”  Emboldened, the Black Folk responds, “You know what…You Don’t Sense It, You Don’t See It, You Don’t Feel It, You Don’t Hear It, You Don’t Smell It, You Don’t Live It and You Sure As Hell Don’t Get It!”  The stark revelations emitted from this ‘toon would energize a slug to investigate the best methodologies to tear down the Iron Curtain.  Let’s Play CSI: Conservative.

The Racist, Far Left Black Press has made itself folly to those of reason and hero to those blinded by the absurd.  The Racist, Far Left Black Press purports a symbolism of unity in both of the characters.  It is far better for those that are too lazy to investigate beyond the handiest, historical stereotypes to explore the varied insights of a community.  The Racist, Far Left Black Press never relents from the tired exposition of WHITE CONSERVATIVE is the oppressor and BLACK LIBERAL is the freedom fighter.  When comparing periods of economic expansion, educational achievement and overall quality of life during times when “oppressors” and “freedom fighters” controlled the thrones of power, BLACK FOLK seemed to excel during periods of “oppression”.  During periods when freedom fighters held power, BLACK FOLK seemed to pale in economic comparison.   The Racist, Far Left portends that such comparisons are anomalies and that “token” conservatives that make such comparisons feed the lies of the O’Reilly.  The strength of the Racist, Far Left hence, represents the weakness of the freedom fighters.  The Bunker Buster of Truth can not be distorted with reason.  The hole exists.  You can sense it.  You can see it.  You feel it.  You heard the blast.  You smell roil of sulfur and clay.  You have experienced it momentary liberation.  You have a sliver of comprehension.  Hurry, Racist, Far Left Press before the reality becomes actualized.

When challenged to employ reason to the hallmarks of truth, the Racist, Far Left Black Press must explain it away with propaganda.   Hopefully after years of muffling freedom fighters realities with sensational zeal, the people shall surely not rise up against those in power.  They will verily slumber.  Even pass this off as a result of their plight as a city that has no Voting Congressional Representation.  The people will not see it all for what it is.  How can a man point out the unrighteousness of Far Left freedom fighter causing such dramatic unrest?  Does he know how much “good” has been done too such noble causes as Planned Parenthood and the NAACP?   We must remember that this pursuit of justice is not fair.  Certainly, if the mayor and city council were WHITE then, the “oppressors” would not be investigated, have theirhomes raided and their good name smeared!  Placing Blinders on the Absurd is essential to restoring those to the balance of victim-hood and powerlessness.  To the Far Left, race really is not a problem.  It is a solution.  A means of dividing, conquering and imprisoning.  The Racist, Far Left Black Press are the guardsmen of the sensational narrative that employs the strategy of elevating people, personalities and propaganda above principles, prudence and personal pursuit.

As the Informer opines that “War Is Hell”, it is essential that those of strong will guard their narrative as sternly as they guard their hearts.  Before we conquest the people, personalities and propaganda of the Racist, Far Left Black Press, we must begin to chip away at the “Iron Curtain” that separates Conservatives from liberating Urban America.  Our success is directly attributed to our ability to comprehend the culture and influence the issues of Urban America.  Speaker of the House Tip O’Neil succinctly advised, “All politics is local.”  I submit, “All corruption is local.”  Corruption is defined as:

  1. Dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery.
  2. The action of making someone or something morally depraved or the state of being so.
The Racist, Far Left Black Press has done wonders to shield its “friends” for relevant inquisition by constituents and reporters alike.  Dishonestly, they have bandied about the notion that Urban America is the seat of “the least, the last and the lost.”  Fraudulently, they have overlooked the character flaws of many politicians simply for the fruits of access and financial subsidy.  Self-preservation prevails over corporate responsibility and the liberal expectations of personal responsibility.  Such efforts have debilitated citizens from holding their public servants accountable and has produced a people resistant to employ their Constitutional Right to Vote because it will avail little in return.  There is a passage of Scripture in the Gospel of John that advises, “And ye shall know the truth and the the truth shall make you free.” Freedom is the least concern for the Racist, Far Left Black Press.  It is unattainable unless all of life is fair or made fair. The Racist, Far Left Black Press eschews the Just to live by Fairness.

There are three things that Conservatives must do in order to assuage corruption and remove the blinders.  Firstly, worship together.  Find one day in which you visit an Urban worship center.  Our founding fathers knew that only a moral people could abide by the US Constitution.  Sacrifice comfort, both Black Conservative and all others, and find a date to worship together.  Holding Pastors accountable for what they say will inevitably push them closer to exploring the Word that they preach.  In doing so, they will find it easier to approach the issues of the world without blaming the past for future outcomes.  Secondly, invest in the Urban Conservative Talk Marketplace.  There are many Americans of variant hue that wish to proclaim the principles of conservatism and educate a people that have grown nearly one hundred years apart from their conservative heritage.  The battle is an all consuming one and requires resources.  Support local conservative radio stations and commentators through advertising, equipment or other resources.  We once flew over nations and dropped leaflets about liberty.  Help us drop conservatism on the air waves of Urban America.  Finally, encourage local organizations that promote conservative principles.  When was the last time there was a Boy Scout meeting at your church or school?  There are a lot of single mothers that would like their sons influenced by strong male personas.  Encourage organizations that are teaching conservative principles or campaigning for conservative candidates.  We must know that it is more important for a people to learn conservative principles than register as a Republican.  While one will prevail over an election, the other will prevail over generations.  This is not a battle for the hearts of a people.  This is a war to overcome corruption and remove the blinders from the eyes of the real oppressed.
